Found U - User friendly payroll platform

Kommentare: We have been using Found U for the past 4 plus years and the platform has grown from strength to strength with it's features and ease of use. We recommend it to most of our clients now as it is 'End to End' for HR and Payroll requirements and stays up to date on all compliance and Fairwork requirements.

Vorteile:

It is a very user friendly platform, with fantastic features for rostering, timesheet approvals, and reports. The Support is also very quick and helpful which is so refreshing compared to other payroll platforms.

Nachteile:

At first the reports BUT in the past 6 months the reports have greatly improved and our client are very impressed with the data we can now export.

Kommentare: I am very satisfied with FoundU compared to other payroll applications.

Vorteile:

User friendly and easy to manage. Budget allocation for weekly and daily roster makes it easy to stay within the budget. Best thing is Admin can apply for staff's leave when they cannot for some reasons.

Nachteile:

Auto approval which doesn't work sometimes.

Amazing payroll platform

Vorteile:

foundU is quick and easy to use. It makes the weekly pays a breeze. Rarely are there any issues, ad if there are the resource articles are so easy to follow and 9/10 times you can easily find what you need.

Nachteile:

Ability for the app to work on mobile devices when there is no phone service or Wi-Fi would be great. If the employees could still clock on and off and it sends the update when they have connection again would help out immensely. Also a security update is needed that stops the app on personal devices using the device time and date settings which could be wrong or easily changed by a dishonest employee.

Kommentare: Greatly minimised time required for payroll processing. Also created a smoother flow of the rostering and shift approval process. Greatly added to the efficiency of management and finance processes. Support staff were also impeccable and greatly assisted in the set-up process.

Vorteile:

Intuitive design makes it easy to use and a breeze to integrate into an established workflow. It also allows for staff with widely varying levels of software proficiency to learn to use the program in no time.

Nachteile:

It would be useful to be able to view the shifts for a week all together on one page rather than only one day at a time in the approved shifts section.

The personalised implementation and support. The product suits all our need fro m recruitment, Applicant tracking and job rostering. The compliant payroll system allows me to relax in a very difficult employment law jurisdiction. Our margins have increased significantly since we adopted the product
