Kommentare: Overall, they provide a decent service and want to see their customers' campaigns do well!
Vorteile: With Steelhouse, you have the ability to run multiple retargeting campaigns at the same time. You can control spend and with their latest update, even create audiences similar to Facebook targeting.
Nachteile: The inability to test multiple creative within a single campaign against each other. If they were to bring this on, I would have scored them higher in terms of functionality.

Vorteile: Steelhouse is a reputable player in the display field and I have had a positive relationship with the various account managers I've worked with.
Nachteile: When I inherited Steelhouse, I immediately had some concern about their attribution model. They had a 30 day post view and post click 100% attribution, so the data was extremely skewed in their favor. They have since fixed a lot of their reporting through verified visits. Another frustration is that their reporting dashboard has never worked for me, so I rely on them sending spreadsheet reports that I then have to go through. I worked with their support team for a while to get it fixed but nothing came out of it. I'm currently transitioning away from Steelhouse because of these issues.

Easy to make nice looking ads, but little control over delivery and optimization.
Kommentare: It required little management once the ad and campaign are set up.
Vorteile: Making an ad is easy and there are plenty of templates and options to fully customize the images, text, and animation.
Nachteile: It only let me make one ad, so I couldn't test different ad variations. I also wasn't pleased with the return on ad spend and the number of impressions per day. Also, they got rid of the Click metric in reporting and "replaced it" with a "Verified Visit" metric that they created. This is absurd - the Click is one of the most important metrics for digital advertising (one that every other digital advertising service uses) and they got rid of it. A "Verified Visit" is not the same as a Click, not matter how much they justify it.
