Kommentare: Onboarding process was not pushy in terms of sales and thoroughly answered all my questions before we made any commitments.

Vorteile: Finding a gateway provider that will underwrite transactions related to travel is complicated. No amount of explaining risk mitigation or procedures seems to satisfy. Likewise, finding an affordable and easy to use provider for reservations and payments is very difficult. We Travel has been our solution. We're 100k in revenue at the moment and very happy with the process.

Nachteile: If you needed high levels of customization, the white label and customized features seem to be still in development. But for standard travel bookings, this is pretty great.

Kommentare: I was hesitate about using We Travel. My first trip I used them, he allowed me to limit my time in collecting the payment. Clients pay thru the site and I can go later and reconcile my books.

Vorteile: The software is good for my travel business. What I like most about the software is the ease of setting up my trips. It is very user friendly.

Nachteile: What I like least about the software is the limited option is the 12 month limit payment option. Being a travel agent, trips can be planned over 2 years and it limits me to set payments for only 12 months max.

One of the best payment systems for travel organizers!

Kommentare: Already over 40 bookings with WeTravel and totally satisfied with the system. For small travel business owners it's a life saver.

Vorteile: One the hardest things in the travel industry is to end up with the online payment provider you will use to accept bookings and get payed online. Usely commission rates are high and you need to integrate the payment system with your booking system. With WeTravel this is solved very easily! You create your booking page with all trip details and information, including daily itinerary and custom fields if you want to. Nice, simple and beautiful. Then you have the option to email, social share or even embed your trip page into your website! Then you just sit back and bookings start coming in with a 2.4% fee +0.30 cents per transaction for Europe users (USA users have even lower fees). Also you always keep full control of the trip, manage your participation list, keeping track of payments, issue refunds etc. Also customizable to fit the colors of your brand.

Nachteile: I have to admit that the one thing I don't like about this is that it is branded and the booking page has a big WeTravel logo on it. Could confuse customers when they see it assuming that this is your brand name or even think they have opened a wrong link. Haven't had trouble till now but still this is something I'm not really fond of. I'd prefer to have my own company name and logo and WeTravel have a small "powered by WeTravel" mentioning on the bottom of the page. Although you can write trip details and descriptions in your own language the basic titles and sections can only be in English. Pretty OK with it but would like to have the option to totally translate the booking page.

Kommentare: The ability for us to make individual payment options available to our groups is wonderful. The ability to modify and upsell our customers and adjust within WeTravel is NOT good, which limits our ability to drive more business our and your way. Our number one complaint from our customers at this point is the frustration with our payment system. They are told they are paid in full, then add something and cant make payments any longer. They to issue a refund is a nightmare. We have donors who send payments, so occasionally we will get an over payment, which then messes up all accounting features. Your system is seriously lacking in this area.

Vorteile: The ability for our office and the customers to access and use the information is great.

Nachteile: The limitations and ability to meet the needs or customers are lacking substantially within our market, and they could easily be modified to create a solid customer experience, however they are not there yet and your limitations of accessing people to respond in a timely manner are not good. When you're dealing with peoples money, you need to have quick response times. Online support and an excuse of 'We don't have telephones to talk to you' is a terrible response. Planning ahead when we are working together is fine, but when there are problems, waiting isn't good for customer relations.

Kommentare: Our WeTravel experience is great. We use the platform daily to sell our vacation packages. Our clients also use it while traveling in order to access their itineraries.

Vorteile: Very user friendly for admins in setting up listings and inventory management. Easy communication to travelers via the platform. Auto payment reminders and fantastic customer service.

Nachteile: The back-end control. Would like to be able to have access to a master client database so we can book return people into other trips, not have them fill out new questionnaires every time, be able to charge their cards when they ask us to do it. Also need a readable URL function on the trip pages so clients don’t need to be on WiFi to access their itinerary. Also need to fix the image bugs. We are constantly have to reupload images as they disappear from our listings - this is a major source of stress especially as we ourselves are always traveling and creating listings in the go. Are you developing an App? This would be ideal as a travel
company. Would also like more flexibility in pull reports and payment data; no search functions here.
