It is normal when investing in new technologies and developments to have an ongoing process of continually optimizing the solution. We are in this process together with our partner, trying to find ways to improve and optimize the solution constantly.

Unique solution for quality, marketing actionable offline behavioral data
Vorteile:
The innovative nature of the product delivers the most impact. Bringing offline behavioral data and merging it with online date is what generates the most value. There is not other product in the market that can bring more superior quality and actionable offline data.
Nachteile:
A larger scale roll-out of the product would be needed to improve the accuracy of results generated by the machine learning algorithm. The more available data, the higher the accuracy.

Kommentare: Footprints for Retail has been a breakthrough application to track the behavior of our customers and their preferences. It also gives a consolidated report on which adverts are working for us and the platform which is generating more leads.
Vorteile:
Indoor shopping performance is a great aspect to track online customer's purchases and customize our shopping pages for each customer.
Nachteile:
Omnichannel tracking has limitations to track Google adverts, Facebook and Instagram. Would have been better if other marketing platforms would have been included.

I helped my clients engage with the software. Its revolutionary features helped them tape charateristics of their physical property that they could not monetize without Footprints
Nachteile:
The most difficult part was to change the way we look at the commercial property and to view it also as a data generated asset instead as just a rent generated one. I believed that once more and more commercial property owners get into this boat, the more used the software will be.
