Great way to improve website user search experience and drive more revenue

Vorteile:

Powerful features and relatively easy to deploy. Nice to see the exact dollar amount of sales Klevu is helping to generate.

Nachteile:

There aren't any real cons to it. Deployment required a coder but that's to be expected.

Excellent Reliable Search For a Reasonable Cost

Kommentare: It has been good, it improved on our previous search functionality and offered functionality we'd previously dreamed of for a reasonable price. At times we've wished it could do more so that we could consolidate and move away from using other software, it's done exactly what they advertise and then some.

Vorteile:

Fairly easy to install and implement, and few issues afterwards.

Nachteile:

There are some sorting features we wish it offered for both its search and its smart category content. Also, we have had some trouble getting its smart category functionality working with our 3rd party improved sorting module but their support is currently working with us on that.

Kommentare: Klevu has been very responsive with communication and working with us on billing during COVID19.

Vorteile:

Integration was easy to implement even though we have a Custom Shopping cart that was developed in house. The filtering and backend configuration is very easy to use.

Nachteile:

Nothing that is missing from the software. We are limited with our shopping cart on how we can submit data.

Vorteile:

- you can add banners to quick search and search result - synonyms - possibility to insert URLs for some search phrases instead of synonym - you can set recommendations for products that you want to show higher in the search results - search can also show articles connected to the phrase (eg someone search for tent and search result shows tents and articles about tents) - easy implementation (they have plugin for Magento 2)

Nachteile:

It is not cheap but quality comes with price and in this case it is totally worth it! No bad experiences, they do a really good job.

Solid Support + A Product that works!

Kommentare: Great support form the team at klevu who are very responsive and knowledgeable.

Vorteile:

The many ways we can optimize search to help convert our shoppers who have the highest intent to buy. We see a massive lift in conversion rate for those who use klevu's seach on our site compared to those who don't.

Nachteile:

Wish there were more options for using different banner ads throughout. Although, we have spoken with the team at Klevu and feel heard. Hopefully this is implemented in future versions.
