Since switching to zHealth, they have released their POS system and consistently update their software. Billing through zHealth is easy and straightforward, it has saved our billing department a lot of time and energy. I was given his cell phone number so I always have had a direct contact with ZHealth instead of being sent into some call center queue. When the representative we had took another job he gave his the name and phone number of our new rep. I would say there are 2 parts of the software I really like 1 is the reports feature, my chiropractic assistant does the billing for our office and she also tracks how many patient visits we have had each month. We have been doing this for 4 years and this software makes it very easy for her to access those numbers. The second feature that I really like is that my patients can be on their lunch break and schedule a same day appointment for later that day. > > **Nachteile**: When I use the last visit report and put a date range in it will give me every visit that patient had during that range.
