Gigwell is easy to use

Vorteile:

Gigwell is easy to use for me to create and track contracts. Another perk is having Gigwell feed into a shared google calendar to my clients can see tentative and confirmed dates.

Nachteile:

Improvement is needed in updating contact information. For example, if you change or add an address for a contact, it sometimes takes refreshing the page numerous times to have the address come up for the contract.

Hey Penni, thank you for your feedback. We just wanted to clarify that we don't automatically update the contact information for existing bookings after you make changes. However, we do provide an "Update Booking" button in the Buyer tab, which will update the contact information for each booking. Stop doing all of this work in excel and word and get on a platform - time is money crew!

Kommentare: Gigwell has saved me a lot of time through getting bookings confirmed faster, allowing payments to be done in a more professional way. The settlements with the artists fits their needs and advancing artists is a breeze through all of gigwell's templates that come standard with the platform. If any issues arise you get someone from their core team right on chat with you to tackle that problem with you and it gets done. I have worked with other platforms like gig-well and by far they take the cake.

Vorteile:

I used to work contracts via word so structuring every deal and making all of the modifications manually which would take a lot of time. Gig-well changed my whole workflow - and it makes it easier on my clients as well as DropBox Sign handles all of the electronic signatures and if redlining needs to happen the buyer can download the PDF and do the needed work up and gig-well then allows you to upload the completed contract when all is ready.

Nachteile:

Advancing for artists can not be done through an iPad if modifications need to be made - only on a computer. Everything else is legit.

Thankful for Gigwell

Kommentare: I love Antonio. He's always been straightforward and transparent about everything and he's easy to get a hold of. Even now that they have grown they still have a small company, great customer service vibe about them.

Vorteile:

I'm pretty thankful for this software. It arrived right around the time we started our agency so we kind of "grew up" with it. I have used other systems. Many don't have as many features or are this modern, most that are offer many more features and are much more expensive. This is a great product for mid size to small agencies. What I like most about the software is the ease of use and Google integrations. While they boasts a productivity suite of ticketing and IQ I don't feel as if they have held back anything in regards to the main productivity offering. Customer service is on point and fast. Overall I am happy with the product.

Nachteile:

This software is slow. It can take a while to load, especially when sharing a screen over video conferencing. We get this has to pump through a lot of data but wish it could run faster for us. Outside of speed, I'd also beg for a bit more CRM abilities which I think could take this software to the next level.

Its good but could be better

Kommentare: Overall, Gigwell is great but could use some extra features to eliminate unnecessary steps.

Vorteile:

I like that you can enter bookings, invoices, and advancing details all in one program.

Nachteile:

I don't like that you can't give levels of access to artists teams. Only certain people should be able to see the financials. Please add this feature where you can allow someone to have all access, and then access that only allows you to see the date, deal terms, and promoter contacts. Also, the ticket count program could use an upgrade. You can't delete tours only rename them. Also, when you click on the tour you can't see which dates are under that that specific one. If there was a feature that allowed a show to populate from GW to the ticket count program that would eliminate the extra steps of having to open a separate program and enter the same show.

Two of these roles, Artist Owner and Artist Manager, provide full access to the deal terms, expenses, logistics, contacts, and more. Additionally, we have an effortless way to generate a report for ticket counts in Productivity Suite (Book) and then import it to Ticket Counts Pro (Track). Great but needs more improvement!

Kommentare: I love being able to put details in there and customize how everyone in the team can view and access it. It does however is expensive, and our clients always complain of hidden charges when they pay using the platform. There are also non-customizable features that I think should be, especially event services and management differ for every company

Vorteile:

The software has all the details we, and the artists need to refer to in terms of venue, rates, timing, etc.

Nachteile:

It's not user friendly for someone who is just starting. It took me 6 months and more to get accustomed to it

Thank you, Janice, for sharing your feedback. Like with any software, there may be a learning curve involved, and our booking software is no exception. Generally, it takes about 3-5 bookings to become accustomed to the software's features and functionality. We also offer personalized training for new users, as well as biweekly webinars to help users get up to speed quickly. Additionally, we can simplify the feature set for smaller agencies that don't need all of the functionality.
