Segmenting, as basic task, is difficult. The user interface is like something created 10 or more years ago. Their subscription model is aggressive, in predatory. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR BAIT AND SWITCH. After this organization had used the system for a year, within in days of the annual renewal date, notice was delivered by DonorView that they had unilaterally changed their terms to require a 3-year, no early termination allowed, subscription renewal. If you did not accept, the only option was to cancel within the next few days and loose all access to data. Not a friend to nonprofit organizations. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS. > > Disappointing. I have been using fundraising CRM solutions for more than 25 years. Within months of joining my current nonprofit, it became clear that DonorView was a vastly inferior product and that it offered no cost savings as an offset to the inferior quality. DonorView was agressive, in predatory, in their efforts to enforce their 'no early termination, mandatory 3 year subcription."
