The systems are easy to use we have lots of staff as designated users for a wide range of applications
It does everything that we need it to do
EasyBop is an effective tool to manage the people resources, with easy reporting functionality and records maintenance
The response from the Propeller support team is always quick and efficient and we are pleased to note that some of our system improvement suggestions have been introduced
Nachteile: Terminating employees is a little bit clunky - it seems as though the information has to be entered twice.

Easybop is really easy to use and does what it says - no hidden elements
Kommentare: The benefits we have gotten from using Easybop is it centralises a number of different elements in one place so it becomes a portal of knowledge for the business.
The feedback from staff is that it is really easy and self explanatory.
Being an online platform it is accessible anywhere but is secure. This is important for our senior management to keep on top of what is going on in the office.
The support staff at EasyBop are always at the other end of the phone if you have any questions and they will go out of there way to help.
Nachteile: The base platform is built for more of the construction industry so not all elements work that well for the financial services sector that our company is based. Although the team at Easybop are willing to take ideas of improvements to the change board to see if they can be implemented
