AroTron as collection recoveries tool
Kommentare: Very fast response time from the SW in general and very good accrual calculation.
Vorteile: The system it self is web based, it operates on any modern web browser and can integrate do LDAP in order for users to use their usernames and passwords on a domain. It has the built in dialer that can operate in different modes (predictive, preview and progressive) and the usage of it is general quite simple for any end user. It has the built in financial module, called loan bookkeeping module that is its best value as it can calculate automatically accruals and handle the import of client payments. It has the possibility to integrate with third party systems, via store procedures or web services and this in generally works very well. All in all the system is very fast, reliable and once it is parametrized correctly it just works.
Nachteile: The cons have to do with the reporting and end of day procedures. The database it self is not in 3 or 4 NF and for that reason if any direct query is made within the production DB it can slow down the operations. The same goes for the accrual calculation during which the system can slow down. The resolution for this is quite simple, run it after working hours or create your own data warehouse where you can run the reporting operations.

Nachteile: The complexity for the initial setup, which Debt due to high customization, should be simplified for easier cases.
