> **Vorteile**: Ease of use is probably the most important feature. When I found out that I can get task reminders and automated emails, I was delighted. It made my work more concise and just more professional in general.

> **Nachteile**: I would like a time tracker for tasks that are paid for by the client on a time investment basis. Although the app is great, it does force you to be concise in your use of the app and that was a bit of a struggle in the beginning.

> After a year of use it is a staple app for me. My day starts by opening Intrix and I think it is a great hub for conducting business. The support team is nice and helpful and they do quite a few pro-bono tweaks to the app when requested.
