Quickly schedule an appointment with 1 click and name search , check eligibility, collect copays, Auto Posting for electronic payments, instant messaging to contact staff in other locations, faxing, daily reporting to show the office productivity (cancel, no show %, amount collected cash/credit/check along with the full outcome how much money we made). Stay clear of HENO. > > **Nachteile**: This company does not have your best interest in mind. They gave me a non-working fax number, then after I, myself, discovered the issue, they gave me a new fax number. But here's the kicker... they would not reimburse me for redoing my signs, postage, business cards, etc that had the wrong fax number on them. I had to pay all of that out of pocket to have it all redone. To add insult to injury, they also wouldn't let me out of my contract once I discovered the issue, even though I couldn't use their EMR for a full month because none of my faxes were coming in. I had no patient referrals, and HENO said it was because I was a new business. That's when I did some digging and found out the fax number they issued was incompatible. I had received many faxes from physicians for that month but couldn't access them. HENO made me pay them to get away from this terrible company. I will warn others to stay away from HENO if it's the last thing I do. As a start up business they instantly put me in the hole by about $1000 for their error. > > Condescending. Terrible. Erroneous.
