Keeps you on track and focused on reaching your sales goals and on time with marketing to your database
Nachteile:
There really isn't any cons to this CRM. It has everything built in and really easy to use even on your cellular device!

I liked that the CRM was included in my training course.
Nachteile:
It didn't track commissions in an accurate manner. The prediction of activity to close a sale was grossly inaccurate, for me anyway.

Kommentare: The final piece of the puzzle that made our team want to switch was the customer support. It was slow and often not very helpful. For a company who's [SENSITIVE CONTENT] preaches "taking care of current clients to get future business" we didn't feel we taken care of.
Vorteile:
I like that this software was accompanied by a direct mailing feature. That is not normal and our customers liked it.
Nachteile:
Campaigns were not reliable and for a realtor who wants to build and send their own content, this was not user friendly. Transaction management was not possible either, aside from how much money the agent made

Kommentare: Being able to track my transactions easily along with my clients makes this program an easy decision.

I like how the software basically makes it all fool proof. If you do what it suggests, you’ll be just fine.
Nachteile:
The only thing I don’t like is I couldn’t get it to sync to my google account so my contacts are on my phone.
