Great experience working with Optimum
Kommentare: Great feedback generation tool. Super easy to use and helps mitigate bad feedback.
Vorteile: Super easy to work with. The team at optimum has been great about working through our integrations and tailoring the platform to our needs. We have already seen an increase in reviews. I love that negative feedback comes to us so we can deal with issues internally rather than the review going public before we have a chance to make it right. There are no other platforms in this price range that perform at this level.
Nachteile: It seems like they are in a startup phase, which is both a positive and a negative. The platform itself is constantly improving, but there are a few workarounds needed by the devs. HOWEVER, the benifit is the guys at optimum will work hard to make sure your integrations are fully functional.

Our company has been very happy with this service. We have been getting a lot of feedback from it.
Vorteile: Very user friendly! Great customer service representatives! Well worth the money! Would definitely recommend to other offices.
Nachteile: The only negative, which really has to do with the software our office uses, is that we have to enter every patient we want to send a review to separately, which takes a little more time.

Nothing short of excellent.
Kommentare: Let's us take a modicum of control over the process of encouraging clients to review us.
Vorteile: The dashboard is powerful, yet easy to use. But the customer service by sales and tech support are even better than the application.

User -friendly platform
Vorteile: Information (EAP) is organized well on this site. Easy to use provider listing.
Nachteile: Monthly newsletters reduntantly use up 2 pages.
