If there is anything that I can't work out how to do, the e-days support team are always efficient and extremely helpful - I cannot fault them at all!

Kommentare: Excellent - The customer support is great. The team listen to what customers want and implement these to support your company. Employees find it easy to use and love that it can be used on their mobiles. Being able to reach other platforms we use through the e-days is a really good feature so employee only have to go to one place.

Vorteile:

The time submission feature is great we have been able to go paperless on timesheets since we had this feature added.

Nachteile:

Alerts to sickness trigger points so we can be reminded when meetings need to take place

E-days review

Kommentare: Complex leave policy for APAC region and need a system to manually increase the leave entitlement. However, not requirement are able to meet.

Vorteile:

E-days suitable for leave policy that doesn't have complicated leave rules.

Nachteile:

Creating a template. The layout, such as entitlement pot.

CB Technology loves E Days

Kommentare: Highly satisfactory. The E days system is highly valued across our business.

Vorteile:

Ease of introduction of the system and ease of use for both employees, managers and administrators. The strong user interface means that it is viewed as a strong business aid for both employees and managers rather than a burden.

Nachteile:

After 5 years of use, we haven't came across any downsides or dislikes of E Days.

Vorteile:

When we needed help the most due to being let down by another software company EDays stepped up to the plate. [sensitive content hidden] our Customer Success Manager and her team's assistance was critical to Vacgen not loosing valuable data and also keep a great product available to all our staff.

Nachteile:

The setting up of rotas and initially not having the ability to make manual changes to holiday allowances when an employee leaves.

Great absence management tool

Kommentare: I use this daily to manage staff absences.
It is very easy and quick to use from both an employee and management perspective.

Vorteile:

Easy to use for employee and employers Now better there is an app also to use Quick to use and navigates quickly between pages

Nachteile:

That it doesn't go back through the years like the old system used to- you can only view last year, current year and next year.

Review on Edays

Kommentare: Very pleased with the usage of the platform during the year. I also liked the quick replies to my questions and concerns. But I am very displeased with contract renewal policies. Edays is not customer-oriented.

Vorteile:

1. The interface is user-friendly but it would be good to have a separate field where managers would see pending approvals, not in the Ring notification tab which is very small and almost invisible and contains other notifictions as well. 2. No possibility to export the leaves as an excel file.

Easy to manage once you get the grasp on

logging recurring rota days (most times there is an issue with it and have to log out and back in for the system to recognise the change in team settings I make to be able to log these

Kommentare: My manager and I have implemented Edays in our organisation since January 2023, and it has made such a diference. We can easily access annual leave records for all our workforce digitally.

Vorteile:

Its interface and layout - They easy and straightforward, and do not compromise on operational quality.

Nachteile:

Reporting tool could be easier to use, when pulling reports.

Our Experience with E-Days

Kommentare: Great experience and customer service has always been good and they offer lots of resources should you need them.

Vorteile:

Easy to use and set up. Has good visuals and you can get an overview of absence and planned absence easily, which helps for staff planning.

Nachteile:

The reports require a bit of user manipulation to get them where you want them to be, that said this isn't difficult to do.

E-days system

Vorteile:

The system is easy to use and navigate. You can easily customise it to your needs and the reporting is very good. The mobile phone app is very useful for on the go.

Nachteile:

Administrators don't have their team calendar as standard on the home page.

Excellent Edays

Kommentare: Having the App to use is now a great benefit, and the reports are very easy to use

Vorteile:

We moved to the new platform recently and the transition, implementation and the training was fantastic. It could not have been better. The Customer success Manager [sensitive content hidden] was on hand and so helpful and responsive. Training with Raj was simple and effective.

Nachteile:

Ways around the emailing of self certification, as some users do not have access to Emails or phone during work to enable them to complete the RTW.

Brilliant holiday and sickness management system

Kommentare: Nowadays we are faced with systems that are difficult to work out and take months to implement. What a refreshing difference you get with eDays - it is easy to set up and implement, easy to use, great view of all absences - individually and for all our employees. And the reporting functionality is superb. And really affordable. This is the second company where I am using eDays and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Vorteile:

Ease of use, useful app, easy request and approval process, quick view of holiday year and any absences, excellent reports!

Nachteile:

Really tried hard to think about something and I could not find anything. Perhaps it would have to be an app, but as we work in an office environment - we are using the web link and no one has any problem with it.

Kommentare: Found it easy to use and I believe managers also.

Vorteile:

From my point of administrating the system I find it easy enough to navigate and quick to make fixes and find what I need. If I ever have a problem or something needs changing I cannot do [sensitive content hidden] our support is always quick to help.

Nachteile:

There has been a few things it cannot do that would be useful to our business such as having more than one manager people able to fully manage a employee to the capacity they can both cancel training/holidays.

Easy to use Absence Management System

Kommentare: E-days has significantly helped our unauthorised leave management, and has strengthened our processes on sickness.

Vorteile:

E-days is super easy to use for both employees and approving managers.

Nachteile:

You cannot customise built in forms which means we are unable to utilise some of the features ie Return to Work form.

Would Recommend

It is a great tool for keeping track of all absences and attendance in one place. We use it for recording, monitoring and reporting. All staff use it no matter what their role is.

Nachteile:

It's sometimes difficult to get what's need from a single report and it becomes necessary to run additional ones in order to draw comparisons.

E days

Kommentare: A great tool, We have now rolled out to further countries. All users have given positive feedback. I am looking forward to learning more about the background system so I can continue to support my colleagues world wide.

Easy to book, simple and quick. User friendly

Nachteile:

As an Admin using the background panel can be a little tricky to navigate

Edays holiday entitlement use

Vorteile:

Easy to see how many of the team have booked holiday and how much they have left, easy to authorise with two people and great for adding sick days manually.

Nachteile:

If the alternative authoriser to the primary authoriser could also get email notifications when someone puts in a holiday request that would be perfect for when my manager is away.

Ease of use with e-days

Vorteile:

The simple book time off feature that stands out when first accessing the e-days homepage is a key feature for users to quickly book in holiday or their planning for the week/month in advance.

Nachteile:

Occasional long loading times when submitting leave and the loading of the group calendar when trying to view all users calendar for the month.

Great Product, Professional Company

Kommentare: Absence Management is now clearly and consistently recorded which gives us the tools to manage this (we did not have this pre e-days).

Vorteile:

Because it is an online tool, staff can access it easily from their phones. It keeps clear records and allows us to see patterns for absence at a glance.

Nachteile:

Not always intuitive when something doesn't work but a quick email to support and this is usually rectified with clear instructions from the support team.

Kommentare: I admit that I am not the most savvy user when it comes to new technology. The team at Edays from day 1 were patient with the multiple questions, demonstrations, hand-holding to get me started and comfortable with the system. When the handover to the support team was done, again I had the same experience of responsiveness, clear assistance and friendly service.

Vorteile:

This software is very user friendly and intuitive. The ability to easily record and track time and attendance is helpful

I do find the reporting function is not as intuitive. When trying to run a report for the first time it is sometime difficult to select the correct filters
