Very easy to use, intuitive, and a great way to allocate and track business expenses.
Vorteile: Penny Inc is such a great system to utilize for distributing funds, tracking spending, and exporting expense data. The website and mobile app are very clean and easy to use, and the ability to designate each type of expense is extremely beneficial. What's best is that I am able to export my data right into Quickbooks, and the fact that there are no fees associated with each purchase is amazing.

Kommentare: It saves a lot of time and enables our service technicians to obtain the items they need without waiting in line to make a phone charge.
Vorteile: This has been a time saver for our petty cash issues! Very convenient! I used to receive several calls a day from service technicians for credit card charges. Penny Inc makes all those calls go away.

Platform limited to smart phones only, not computers
Vorteile: None - I couldn't access my employee account from my computer.
Nachteile: Employee accounts can be accessed only from a smart phone. Employees cannot use alternative platforms like computers to manage their card balances. This is a big problem for those who are visually impaired and cannot use a small phone screen for their productivity machine, and for those who do not have an adequate smart phone.
