Vorteile:

Xodo Design ist ein tolles Software für die Firmen sowie auch für die Kunden. Die Nutzung davon ist sehr einfach und flexibel.

Nachteile:

Ich habe gar keine Nachteile herausgefunden.

Funktioniert problemlos

Vorteile:

Absolut einfaches Datenmanagement, auch für die unterzeichnende Person sehr einfach zu verstehen.

Nachteile:

Habe keine offenen Wünsche, wir hatten noch nie Probleme!

So einfach kann die digitale Signatur sein

Super - ohne viel Papierkram

Kommentare: Kunden können sich die Verträge in Ruhe zuhause durchlesen und unterzeichnen. Ihnen wird automatisch eine Vertragskopie zugesendet. Durch die digitalen Papiere auch noch umweltschonend. Zusätzlich ist die Unterschrift rechtsgültig, da genau dokumentiert wird, wann und wo unterschrieben wurde.

Vorteile:

Einfach zu benutzen, sowohl für das Unternehmen als auch für die Kunden. Man behält ein Auge über alle Dokumente, egal ob erledigt oder noch offen.

Nachteile:

Nichts - mir ist bisher noch nichts aufgefallen, dass ich ändern würde.

Kommentare: generally a good product which has the features of DocuSign but at a lower price point

Vorteile:

Easy to use and affordable price point. Audit trail at the end also is a good feature.

Nachteile:

The documents sometimes doesn't work on smart phones.

Xodo sign is GREAT

Kommentare: Its simple, easy and straight to the point. Its all very easy to navigate too.

Vorteile:

It makes all document uploading, signing and sending such a breeze!

Nachteile:

That you have to have a business account or pay to use the entire platform.

Xodo Sign has made signing and managing documents a breeze for me! It's easy, intuitive, and reliable.

Vorteile:

The interface is user-friendly, and it's great to be able to sign and fill out forms on the go.

Nachteile:

I wish there were more advanced editing features for documents, such as text formatting and image insertion.

The signing link is very easy to set up!

Kommentare: I've been looking for an electronic signing tool and tried multiple ones including Docusign. The winner for me is Eversign (Xodo Sign). It is easy to use and there are many options to choose from to prepare a document.

Vorteile:

The signing link can be embedded directly in the emails. It is a function that I absolutely love! I also like how straightforward and use-friendly the platform it.

Nachteile:

It would be cool to integrate automation functions with third-party apps.

Great business Tool

Kommentare: It's been quick and efficient to use giving an audit trail to show every step and individuals participation along the way

It's ease of use to all users. It's very straight forward and flexible

Nachteile:

I haven't found anything I didn't like in the softwear

New but happy user

Kommentare: My experience has been great so far. I had a customer that was unavailable to sign contracts in person due to scheduling conflicts and in was able to quickly and easily complete the paperwork,have it signed and I trust that it will stand up should an issue arise.

Vorteile:

Tool similar to legal signing apps at an affordable cost. The app has other tools I have yet to dig into I use Xodo.com for other paperwork already so I'm familiar and trust the company

Nachteile:

Haven't found anything I didn't like at this point.

A User-Friendly Solution for Digital Signatures

Kommentare: I basically uploaded the document I wanted signed, adjusted the signatures, and then sent them out. It was simple.

Vorteile:

It is simply to use and very easy to navigate through.

Nachteile:

There was nothing I liked least about Xodo Sign.

Efficiency at it's best

Kommentare: I think that it has made signing easy for everyone especially during the pandemic.

Vorteile:

I like how easy it is for users to complete a document.

Nachteile:

That the system does not have an auto reminder feature.

Xodo Sign beats dozens of other signature tools for small businesses

Kommentare: Xodo Sign helps me easily manage the signature process at a more reasonable cost than other tools, with more features available to solo or small businesses, and a better user experience overall.

Vorteile:

They have the most generous free plan that comes with excellent control features (branding, signing format options, security permissions). The interface is clean and professional without being overwhelming for solo users. Their customer service has also been excellent with the questions I've had. I've also been the most impressed with their help docs—they're concise and clear. Other tools have a temporary free trial, with more features paywalled, their paid tiers only make sense for large businesses, and their documentation can be overly complex to navigate and read.

Nachteile:

There's some slight confusion with the name. They were recently called Eversign, now are Xodo Sign, but they still use Eversign in the URL. I assume they are working on a plan for that to change, but honestly even if it didn't, I'm happy enough with their product that I can overlook it.

Simple, but effective

Kommentare: As I said, I've been using this tool just for a few weeks, and I don't think I have too many requirements for this kind of product, but it covers all the needs of my small online buseness, so I'm quite satisfied :)

Vorteile:

I like Xodo Sign for basic document management. The interface in intuitive and it's really easy to prepare an agreement for signing. You upload your template, set a few custom fields for a client to fill out, send it to all the receipients you need, and it's done. Plus, it's easy to track your documents and send reminders in a couple of clicks (literally).

Nachteile:

I've been using this tool just for a few weeks, so I haven't found any flaws so far.

Perfect for small businesses

Kommentare: So easy and well-priced. This is an excellent option for small businesses.

Vorteile:

I started using Xodo Sign/ Eversign when I started my company, and the free version was perfect for me at the time. My clients had no problems figuring out how to use it, and the rate of document return increased exponentially with the ability to sign online. Now that my company has grown, upgrade is practical and affordable.

Nachteile:

I briefly struggled with figuring out how to configure fields in documents. This was short lived .

I love that you can try the program for free! I use this in my business and my clients find it super easy to sign digitally.

Nachteile:

I switched over from Docusign because it was too expensive for my small business needs. Docusign was more user-friendly for adding and editing contracts. I wish Xodo was more user friendly, especially on mobile!

Saviour for a start-up

Vorteile:

Creating a document and then adding the customizable fields wherever you want. You can select which fields can be edited by which user. You can always cc anyone who cannot sign but will have view access. Sending it directly to all the parties from the portal is probably the smoothest feature. All in all, it is a fantastic product. It also offers 5 free docs every month. Thanks!

Nachteile:

Nothing, as such. I am using the product since a month but no cons as of now.

Xodo- Best digital signature platform

Takes the hassle out of the contract process

Kommentare: As a start-up business, having this software has been a game changer. It's easy to set up and use and it saves me time and hassle.

Vorteile:

Xodo allows me to streamline the contract signing process, taking the hassle out of it all. I know exactly who has signed and when without having to email PDFs to print and sign to clients.

Nachteile:

I've not found any cons as yet but I'm still quite new to the software.

Seamless signing wherever you are

Vorteile:

I really like how easy Xodo Sign is to use and get started. I was able to use it for the first time while having limited internet access on vacation and it was so simple and easy to get my contracts signed.

Nachteile:

Nothing so far, I'm enjoying using Xodo Sign.
