Vorteile:
Extremely easy to use, and very powerful. We wanted to start bringing user-generated content on to our web site and researched several companies. Ultimately, we went with Crowdriff because of its ease of use and powerful tools. Once you set up your social trackers and geo locations, it's very simple to use. They have great customer service as well.
Nachteile:
Setting up all of your social trackers can be time consuming initially. Once they are set up, however, you don't have to do anything further.

Vorteile:
Its been great to engage with fans on crowdriff. This increases our brand awareness. Also with Crowdriff we are able to have tons of assets at our fingertip. Great customer service!
Nachteile:
The cost is high, but they do provide great service. Would like better searchability on uploaded files.
