> After years of using a PC in my business, I made the decision to buy a MacBook Pro only to realize afterwards  that the choices for a quality CRM were very limited for a Mac. Over a period of three and a half years, I investigated a number of products that called themselves CRM's but were painfully lacking in the breath services I had grown used to before.  

I came across UGRU in a magazine ad and gave them a call. When I downloaded the program I was amazed at all it could do\! It was literally an All-In-One Solution for my Investment Advisory practice.  Of course everything is supposed to work together in a productive flow.  All CRMs promise that. UGRU actually delivers\! As result, because of the ease of use, the Workflows and automations I was able to increase my net production 34% in my first 3 months\!

There is one other thing I would like to mention. All software companies talk about great Customer Service, but UGRU actually HAS Great Customer Service\! With my solo Investment practice, I'm sure I am one of their smallest clients, but they are always quick with their response and willing to walk me through the program to help me understand. When was the last time last time you could honestly say that it was a pleasure to speak to Customer Service?
