Vorteile:

This software is very easy to use, and also is very simple to set up and configure it. It has a lot of different filters and custom fields to configure specially to suit your business area

Nachteile:

Not easy to create WO directly from asset view

Kommentare: in my personal opinion like a field engineer is so helpfull tool that can be usefull for all partners who can see what are you doing all the time

Vorteile:

The options to have a review of all your services and the co-workers jobs, ist an important tool that makes the job outside more efficient.

Nachteile:

you need to take a master class to know all you can do with the app most of the client or users doesnt have to many time to view about 8 or 10 hours of videos.

excellent application

Vorteile:

It is portable user-friendly, and with the administrative pesonali.

Nachteile:

the signature system since two signatures on documents are needed. rearranging them in a single box can be difficult.

Certification course review

Kommentare: I just did the certification course, so I haven't a big experience using it.

Vorteile:

It joint a big amount of data in just one software, that's a plus because it reduces documents and process in just one click.

Nachteile:

It is less intuitive that I expected, I mean you can learn to use it with the manual, but not just clicking and looking between tabs.

Easy access

Vorteile:

The decisive thing about Fracttal is that it allows the application to be used on multiple platforms, which provides mobility to work teams. On the other hand, I also highlighted the ability to track costs, its platform to prepare performance reports and the interconnection with devices and sensors to perform measurements in real time.

Nachteile:

It requires a constant internet connection to take advantage of all the features, but it also has an offline mode which I have not used yet.

Fracttal Review

Kommentare: Visually friendly, not too complicated to navigate

Vorteile:

The desktop interface is user-friendly for viewing the status of requests graphically.

Nachteile:

There is a lack of integration with the SAP platform for the warehouse, at least in the organization to which I belong.

Vorteile:

An excellent tool to perform asset management and maintenance management, very easy to implement in your company, both on mobile and on PC, from filing fault reports, to filling work orders in the field using a QR code. Now you can easily view the information of your assets human resources, financial, spare parts, inventories and history. Its online / offline mode is practical to use when you do not have an Internet connection. Easy to use to include cost of inventory, HR and photographs.

Nachteile:

All good. So far I have no observations.

Use of fracttal in my maintenance planning

Kommentare: As mentioned earlier, Fracctal is very useful and practical at the time of tracking teams and thus get KPI to perform a proper maintenance planning.

Vorteile:

-It is possible to add all the assets of my plant and track each one of them, obtaining the relevant indicators for my maintenance planning. - It is easy to use, program and define the information of my assets. - It is very complete, more than any other ERP that you have used. - It is possible to attach additional information to each asset such as plans, photos, maps, procedures, etc.

Nachteile:

- The currency value information is not updated automatically, but must be done manually. - The cost of the service is monthly and increase according to the number of users we use.

Fracttal is one of the most powerful CMMS in the market. It improves dramatically the productivity of the maintenance team organizing predictive and preventive tasks, registering all the events and providing complete reports for data analysis. When you use it you will increase your clients satisfaction and will reduce costs.

Nachteile:

User reports are very powerful but can not be saved for future use, so you have to redo it each time.

Vorteile:

Easy to handle. Cloud based system, so you can use it anytime, anywhere, no additional hardware required, just your computer or smartphone. You can export almost anything and create useful reports for your company.

Nachteile:

There are some issues that could be fixed, for example: Creating massive work orders with several task selected, it makes you to do a lot of "clicks". you have to select human resorces for every task, it could be improved.

My experience in the use of Fracttal software

Kommentare: Fracttal allows you, like any asset management system, to visualize maintenance management regarding the status of work orders, maintenance costs. In general, control maintenance management. The visualization of the information allows to have a greater control of the management, and therefore, it can be improved and /or optimized.

Vorteile:

The best thing about the software is the price. It is easy to navigate through the different modules of the software, it is friendly with good graphics, the size and color of the images is adequate, in general, in this aspect the system is quite good.

Nachteile:

The support area of ​​Fracttal is slow in its response, and it does not always quickly solve the problem. In general, it is software that apparently is not aimed at solving the problem of medium-sized industrial plants. In my opinion, it is software that is focused on small plants and for service areas. The logic applied in the configuration of the systems is focused on these sectors, it is not recommended for a medium or large industrial plant. It does not handle the volumes of information well, the API available does not completely solve the problem. New versions sometimes contain errors that are difficult to reverse.

Kommentare: The part of maintenance is easy to use. For example if my machine have a problem I descrived all the aspect and them the mechanic comes infrmed and do the work quickly.

Vorteile:

For example in my area, we use them to have all the machines all the time in use. We send the problems to the maintenance area, and is to easy to use, they solve the problems quickly

Nachteile:

Have much modules to use, only if you have much time you will learn to use all.

It is a great CMMS, we increase our equipment reliability in one year of use.

It is easy to use, with this tool we are on way to 4.0 industry because we can access the information from any geographical point and at any time.

Nachteile:

need fix some function about warning, emails warning doesn´t work good. I mean automation process like stock warning to users

Vorteile:

I like the flexibility of the tool, besides being very intuitive, which makes it easy to learn.

Nachteile:

Nothing, I find the tool very good in all aspects.

Must-have for every industrial manufacturing facility

Kommentare: Very possitive. I would highly recommend using fracttal instead of other cmms because of the clean and simple user interface. It is easy to introduce and instruct maintenance teams to the tool.

Vorteile:

The ease of use (UI), the simple and straightforward way of organizong and planing maintenance plans and work orders and the intelligence dashboards

Nachteile:

That you must create first the human resources to create work orders and not on the go. This was only during the implementation though

Fracttal

Kommentare: For us one the benefits that Fracttal has given us it is the optimization of every resource evolve into a task of maintenance ( Human Resources, tire parties and assets control)

Vorteile:

What I like the most of Fracttal is the fact that I have access to a fully view and review of all the assets of our holding group. It allows us as Maintenance Department and facility manager to optimize our planning, execution, following and evaluation process of every task. Which cause at the same time an improvement in preventive maintenance and reduces corrective ones.

Nachteile:

So far I found it very complete and features very easy to manage.
