Vorteile: - Easy to setup
- Small team that really cares about customer feedback and is willing to go the extra mile

Nachteile: In a market with a lot of mediocre options, they stand out. However, it's a bit overpriced for what you're getting. Unfortunately, if you're looking for a high level of quality in your knowledge base then you don't have a lot of options right now.

Kommentare: I avoid 100 tickets a week by having a Helpdocs knowledge base. It is easy to navigate for our customers.

Vorteile: The customer support is amazing. They are always on top of answering their live chat. The Helpdocs team will write code for you on the spot to achieve whatever you would like to change on your Knowledge base.
