I only used it on the recieving end when title provied docs

> **Nachteile**: For 2 months I have been trying to obtain access as a notary in the market place to renew my notary as now I have RON cert. I have spent money waiting for a response and I am waiting to renew my stamp but i still havent heard if i will get access to the system.

> The reps dont know who to call and i have emailed 2 times. no response and there isnt a direct number to call nor online help. 
terrible experience and was considering them for future title company access.

> **Vorteile**: The ease of the program once I got to know it.  It has made my job easier (not lazier) there are so many awesome features I love.  And I know there will be more to come.  Q changes with the trends of the industry\!

> **Nachteile**: I don't like how we added Connect a year after having Qualia and it doesn't go to our old files.  They need to make that work on all files.  Why pay for something we can't use on all files.
