Says person are not truthful and deceitful to get you into the deal and then will charge you for the whole year, even if you are not happy with the software . Software details -Normal physical exam can not be populated with one click. For each prescription, you will have to calculate the milligrams and ML and total amount of dispensing ML or milligrams. Software is slightly slow, sometimes prescription does not go through, the support team customizes template for you, but you will have to teach them every micro details like you’re teaching a computer which is very frustrating. > > Sales man Mr. X was liar. He didn’t tell me the clear terms and conditions and cancellation policy even I asked (sales man) specifically. I asked what is the cancellation policy for monthly plans ? And he says you can give us 30 days notice prior to canceling and that’s all. And when I gave notice for cancellation , he charged me for whole 1yr fees when I gave 30 days notice after 2 months of subscription.
