NO detailed invoice to give to patients for HSA accounts. What they do have doesn't work and they can't see to get it fixed. They don't count the copay as money so it doesn't show up on the HSA Statement when that feature does work. They say they will customize it for you, which means bringing all your own templates for them to put in the system for you. > > Support is hard to understand.
