"Great tool for finding prospect leads"
Vorteile:
I'm using Apollo.io for finding leads, lead's contact information and email marketing, etc. Apollo.io is a great tool for lead generation, prospecting leads, and finding contact information. It is user-friendly, super easy to search & discover contacts with verified contact info.
Nachteile:
It's only able to extract/verify work email, not personal email(Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc). It can be a great thing if they improve tools for extracting personal email. :)

The software checks multiple boxes for a sales tech stack, CRM, Email tool, lead gen., and the ability to make calls from the software too.
Nachteile:
You aren't able to get many phone numbers, and the email validity started to slip.

A fraud: Apollo is not like what they advertised themselves

Vorteile:
Quite easy to use, and seems to have a cost advantage compared to other software, but that's just their advertisement, not what they really offer customers!
Nachteile:
On all of Apollo's pricing pages, they advertise that when you purchase the software (any plan except Free package), you will receive unlimited email credit/month for lead generation. Only after you pay, in your account will show the notice that your plan only has 10.000 credits/month. Contact their helpdesk and they will say that due to Apollo's policy, which is stated in their Terms and Conditions, each account can only have 10.000 credits per month. Be careful when purchasing Apollo, because they feel no shame when cheating their customers, and even said that because this is their policy, they won't solve the issue and do not allow a refund. Don't even have the willingness to contact the customers themselves to give a proper apology and explanation!

Kommentare: Apollo helps my team get perfect data and automate our reach outs. It is incredibly good software.
Vorteile:
Although the main use is to gather intel and data, Apollo has a sales enablement tool that is incredibly good. Their support team is very fast and they are always open to suggestions.
Nachteile:
I miss a status page, Apollo doesn't go down at all, but sometimes we experience slowness and miss being able to check if something is wrong without having to check in with their support team.
