Kommentare: I think its a great tool for employers and employees.
Vorteile:
The ease of the software was so amazing even my newbies could figure it out without us showing them. The employees could figure up their commission without confusion. They could even add their personal favorite widgets to their own home screens.
Nachteile:
I didnt like that we could not get our commission structure to upload so the widget that they offered would reflect employee commission correctly.

OCCASSIONAL ISSUES WHEN ENTERING NEW PRODUCT BARCODES INTO SYSTEM
POS - barely usable with endless headache
Kommentare: Awful. Over-priced, feature barren, archaic, zero technical support, documentation available was unhelpful, 0 solutions offered when experiencing problems. Stay away from this company. If you have to use this software, be prepared to figure out your issues on your own.
Vorteile:
Reporting. I do like the custom reports and some of the other analytical details I could gather about the performance of my staff. Still, their were odd limitations in what kind of data I could gather.
Nachteile:
Almost everything. Their supposed repair module was almost unusable. Note taking and device tracking was nearly non-existent or useless when possible. Software was slow and it was too difficult to do simple things like change inventory quantities or set new prices. The credit card processing we were required to use was expensive and feature barren. Tap, for example, used to work. One day it just stopped and did not come back for over two years. Attempts to contact and get assistance with any issue were always futile. On occasion one would get a response, but the issue was never resolved. One of our stores had to be deleted and a new store created just to get a basic feature to work again and this was a solution that I had to figure out rather than getting any help from the RQ "Team". I have nothing but disdain for this company and this software.
Best option available
Kommentare: For the most part things are very good but there are some features that make things harder than they should be, and it seems with every software update we get a new glitch.
Vorteile:
RQ does what we need to for our cellular sales company. It houses all of our inventory, sales, goals, commissions, employee reporting, and more.
Nachteile:
It does not preserve historical data or allow you to future date changes such as reconciliation, chargebacks to commissions, etc. The coupons do not have flexibility in how you can offer a promo and they force return when they shouldn't.

Good Product For Cellular Dealer Channel
Kommentare: Overall great and would recommend to all cellular dealers for each carrier.
Vorteile:
The ease in inputting a sale in the system when scanner and computers are working in sync. The reporting functionality to show how much money the sales rep and the store generated for the sale.
Nachteile:
The slow down periods when multiple people are running reports all at the same time. For instance big holiday shopping times all store locations wouldn't be able to run sales reports.
