Vorteile:

Man kann mit einer Anzeige anfangen und es macht Sinn. Sobald man mehr Einheiten hat gibt es auch viele Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten

Nachteile:

Ich bin mit Pricelabs rundum zufrieden, es gibt nichts was ich ändern würde.

Worth Every Penny

Vorteile:

My property management software let me set up basic perimeters, but nothing like the powerful tools PriceLabs provides. Once it's set up it updates my rates daily, something I could not do with multiple properties to manage,

Nachteile:

Not really a con, but there is so much market data they can provide that I still haven't 100% learned how to utilize it all to its full potential.

Vorteile:

There is no pro for us. It was completely worthless. We gave it over 6 months. When it was costing us money we dropped it.

Nachteile:

This product did nothing for our rental business. We understood how to use the tool, it was not difficult to use. It just does not work well. Their customer support was non-existent.

Amazing tool to maximise your revenue

Kommentare: Great idea and great service, I can sit back and let the software do the work for me. in the first year I used Price labs, I returned a 20% uplift on my overall nightly price over the 6 month season that I open for business. Think that speaks for itself!!

Vorteile:

It saves me best guessing the prices for my accommodation and gets me the best returns

Nachteile:

the complicated looking graphs that are designed to help you understand the markets. Even with the newly added AI options, I still have no idea what it all means

Pricelabs is the best part of my tech stack!

Kommentare: Pricelabs has the capacity to manage very minute details of pricing strategy, and open up your calendar for multiple years based on market competition. The market dashboards allows me to analyze the market and make educated moves based on those projections, and there is projection sheets now for specific properties.

Pricelabs is incredible and it gets better every day!

Nachteile:

Steep learning curve, but the revenue management industry is.

Vorteile:

It has made the operation of the business so much easier and way more efficient. It synchs with all my marketing platforms and it has so many variables to define in order to get to the optimized pricing strategy.

Nachteile:

Honestly, I like everything about Pricelabs.

The data PriceLabs provides is invaluable to managing our short-term rental business. The neighborhood data is especially helpful to enable pricing decisions in relationship to our competition.

Nachteile:

There is a bit of a learning curve to set up and learn how to maximize.

Best software for pricing vacation rentals!

Kommentare: Saves me a ton of time over manually adjusting pricing and availability. This is one of my favorite softwares for managing my vacation rentals.

Vorteile:

• Pricing adjusts very well based on demand and it is obvious that prices for festival weekends, etc should be higher and the software does adjust for these events - some of which I don't even know are going on • Allows min and max prices and has a lot of customization of pricing possible • One of the best features is the ability to set customized availability as well as pricing. I can set a 2 night minimum for the near future but then a 30 day minimum farther out if I would rather find a longer term guest. • Orphan day availability is great – here I can allow a 1 night stay only if it is in between other bookings and the software automates all of this where I used to have to do it manually. • The software pushes pricing and availability to AirBnB and also to my channel manager Lodgify which is great as then Lodgify can push to VRBO and Booking.com. • I like that I don't have to pay for a month if I don't need to sync pricing for a property (this works well when I have corporate guests staying for multiple months)

Nachteile:

• Pricing is a bit higher than what I would pay on a different system I tried out but the features made it worthwhile.

Warum PriceLabs gewählt wurde: I did a trial of Beyond Pricing first but they made you set a base price which was to be the average you received on AirBnB. Pricelabs calculates the base price for you which was the big advantage I saw at the time.

Gründe für den Wechsel zu PriceLabs: I did a trial of Wheelhouse and found that the prices they were setting were much lower than what Pricelabs used on the higher end and I am always over 90% occupied so wanted the higher prices.

Skye Luxury Rentals Review of PriceLabs

Kommentare: Overall my experience with PriceLabs is a good one. As I grow and am onboarding new properties, it is allowing me to scale with ease and a bit of setup, but I am getting it down and in the future, I can see myself delegating this task to someone else on my team.

Vorteile:

I use PriceLabs for years and I use it every day. It helps me tailor pricing for the many properties in my portfolio. I especially like the seasonal pricing feature where I can fine tune pricing per month for each of my properties.

Nachteile:

Software is only as good as the user who sets it up. PriceLabs is very customizable, but it isn't perfect and doesn't know the markets as well as I do, so I find that I need to further tailor pricing for certain days more than it does as it can be off, but it helps to have a great baseline. The other biggest drawback with it, is it is complex the way I am using it, so took me over a year to learn it. I am grateful over for having the opportunity to use it.

Warum PriceLabs gewählt wurde: It was years ago and it was the first one I attempted to familiarize myself with. I enjoy PriceLabs much more, I find it more affordable and I especially like tailoring pricing using seasonal pricing.

Gründe für den Wechsel zu PriceLabs: As I said above, I felt that initially the price point was alluring as well as the features that were added like the seasonal pricing tool and then later the Marketing Dashboard.

A MUST for vacation rental owners

Kommentare: I couldn't be happier. It has a lot of horsepower and does a tremendous amount of work in the background that saves me valuable time. It performs so well, it is easy to forget it's even there!

Vorteile:

PriceLabs is competitively priced, integrates seamlessly with my channel manager, ensures I have very limited to zero open dates in my calendars and has maximized my revenue. I find it very easy to use and I consider it one of the most important tools in my toolbox for successful management of my short term rentals.

Nachteile:

The interface is a little overwhelming at first, but it doesn't take too long to familiarize yourself with the layout and understand what the graphs and numbers are reporting.

Helped Increase Revenue

Vorteile:

The amount of data given and ease of use is incredible with PriceLabs. I can stay on top of what everyone else in my market is doing. I am able to set a plan for dynamic pricing that changes day to day depending on when people book and what the market is doing. I can capture more revenue from people booking far out as well as grab last minute bookings because I have set it up to drop my prices the closer the booking date is to the arrival date.

Nachteile:

It can be a little time consuming when you first start. There is a lot to learn, but there are many helpful tutorials.

Kommentare: I was surprised at how much they priced some of our nights for and they actually rented for that, which was almost double what we were getting on some nights!
