Nachteile:
Estimate Rocket allows us to see if and when an estimate was last viewed by the customer. However, It does not keep track of or display a list of the estimates that have not been viewed by our customers. Estimate Rocket should absolutely provide this feature.

Vorteile:
We started using Estimate Rocket a little over 2 years ago and have experienced massive growth in that time. I believe Estimate Rocket has played a good role in that growth. We have had multiple customers comment on how much more professional our estimates look compared to other contractors.
Nachteile:
This is more a negative on my end but, there is so much customizing that we are still editing and customizing things in the app. I feel like this will be going on for a while.
Very User Friendly
Kommentare: Overall Estimate Rocket is a great CRM, and I would recommend it to anyone who didn't need the open API ability unless by the time you're reading this they have added it. Very user friendly, takes no time at all to train employee's how to use it, and keeps your projects in order.
Vorteile:
The pros of this software are mainly ease of use, custom document templates, great live support, and many more features.
Nachteile:
The fact it doesn't have open API, stopping us from sending our data to the other software we use. This may not seem problematic to some, but if you use QBO, Zapier, Plecto, or anything else that requires a API key then you will see why.

Setups, functionality, easy to send estimates and to re-use forms for similar projects, easy to set up appointments, and follow-ups

Not much to say against. I did not try all their options and functions to say good or bad about it

Kommentare: Overall it's been pretty good and definitely easier than the previous system we had; I think there is room for improvement; I am happy with the customer service as I usually get a pretty quick and helpful response
Vorteile:
It's pretty straightforward once you get basic training and used to it; I like that there is a customer portal so you can help guide customers; The layout looks nice
Nachteile:
There isn't a built-in scheduling module that accompanies it and there isn't a straightforward tool to use to connect the calendar to the customer if we want to use that for a snapshot view of scheduling There are A LOT of cumbersome features- such as just when a proposal is itemized, you have to pull the line item down, go in and edit the group to the settings you want and then go back and edit the line item and add the pricing- when the proposal is long, it's a lot of scrolling- you should be able to do that in 1 step; I don't like how you can't merge entries- like if you find you have 2 separate set ups for the same customer that they can't be merged into 1 record; If you enter the email incorrectly and then fix it, the email follow up campaigns don't automatically update with the corrected email- you have to go in and manually change each one
