Considerando la situación que ha habido con la pandemia, hemos utilizado el software tan solo 80 días en todo el 2020 y nos han querido facturar el 100%. Luego nos han propuesto "Regalarnos" 3 meses en 2021, exigiendo nuevamente el pago de la cuota al 100% y al parecerme abusivo les he pedido la baja. Al estar afuera de plazo, no la han aceptado y hasta ahora me han enviado una carta por una empresa de gestión de cobros.
