Good for making processes relevant for business users

Kommentare: Gluu is great for making our common business processes relevant for everyone as a reference for how we work.

Vorteile:

Simplicity. Ease of use. The right balance, have all the most needed function, feature for BPM, Process optimization and automation. No need for deep technical skills in-house. No need for other solutions, fits good with the rest of the Microsoft productivity Tools, and therefor all so easy to get distributed, known out in the organization.

Nachteile:

Missing the possibility to do minor personalization's and custom fields

Innovative and user-friendly application for business process management

Kommentare: You can start easily and already benefit from the first successes. Afterwards you can take it much further, e.g. with tasks and thus guide the users even more. It is being developed a lot and new options are being added. Practically all departments use it daily.

Vorteile:

It is very intuitive and easy to learn. The Gluu team helps with the introduction to learn the methodology. This has significantly improved the integration. We receive support within a short time. Price / performance is very good.

Nachteile:

Every user needs a license but the price is fair.

GLUU is easy to use

Vorteile:

This tool is easy to use, and i like the intuitive way of working in GLUU. GLUU are good at helping to fulfill our wishes, they understand what we need, and sharing their insight.

Nachteile:

We spend time on manual maintenance and updating which could be more efficient

Incredible value for money in BPM

Kommentare: Great solution with a really supportive supplier. Value for money is outstanding. Would definetely go for it again.

Vorteile:

Super intuitive, super fast, easy to administer

Nachteile:

Process execution capabilities still need to be enhanced

Gluu is providing the overview and capabilities to standardize and grow

Kommentare: Top class - They listen to feedback and uses us actively in improving/changing features

Vorteile:

When exporting a flowchart you get a great overview of the details and descriptions of each step. This makes it easy to facilitate to stakeholders and enables understanding.

Nachteile:

Gluu had some way to go in terms of functionality, but they keep evolving their product and it is in a great state now.

GLUU - used for every day tasks

Kommentare: Good to use. In our company we use GLUU as our primary Quality Management System

Vorteile:

The system is very flexible, especially the drawing utilities. I used it every day, and we have made it our primary Quality Management System It is easy to use, but like every system you have to understand the basics and the features in GLUU. I don't give 10/10 because of minor things as described in the dislike box, but I will recommend GLUU :)

Nachteile:

The system is "general" and created to satisfy all users. Some of the functions are not necessary for my company, and i sometime miss mino changes. But the tech-team at GLUU are flexible and do their best to meet the needs and answer the questions in the process.

Good visual way to show and structure processes and work instructions

Kommentare: I have now worked with Gluu for 2 years and it is super easy and intuitive both to use and not least to teach others to use. It provides an easy overview of our process landscape and associated cross-sections, and it makes it easy for users to find work descriptions and for us when we have to follow up on the processes.
I haver never experience such a good costumer support as I expereince with Gluu. They have an extreem quick response time and if you run in to at problem they are always happy to help.

Vorteile:

Gluu is very intutive to work with. It is a great tool for providing a easy process overview and, not least, structuring one's work descriptions, so that it is easy for all users to find exactly the work description they need to perform a task/activity.

Nachteile:

It would be great if it was possible to print the work instructions in the order they are set-up in Gluu. They come out in another order. But luckily we very rarely have to print them :)

Good user-friendliness

Vorteile:

I work in Gluu daily and think it has a good user-friendliness for those of us who draw in it. It is very intuitive to use. This ensures a uniform way of drawing processes, which makes it more clear for our colleagues to understand the processes. It’s really good to have features such as "components" so we don’t have to do the same work several times and update in several places, but can simply update a single place and drag it in where it needs to be used. It’s really smart that there is both the option to work via browser and app, as it enables us to adapt the use of Gluu to the individual employee group. There is really good help available if there is something in the system that is playing tricks or if I myself have made a mistake. For the most part, they respond quickly and are very solution oriented and can usually solve my problems. It's a nice help function where you can easily write in their chat.

Nachteile:

It gets a bit locked when you are a large organization that needs more divisions into, for example, components.

An intuitive platform

Kommentare: Gluu is an intuitive platform that provides a simple overview of the organization's business processes at department and business area level.

Vorteile:

Gluu contributes to employees being able to easily standardize the organisation's core processes. The platform is intuitive and quick to learn to navigate and therefore does not require deep technical internal skills. In addition, the platform allows all relevant process information - workflow, users and instructions, etc. - to be stored in one place.

Nachteile:

It is difficult to distinguish between the different process levels - whether they are main processes or sub-processes. Perhaps main processes can be marked with "bold" or similar, to create a better overview? It is difficult to print the swim lane diagrams in a format that can be used at workshops etc. The print is simply of too poor quality. It can be difficult to line up the various boxes and arrows so it is completely aligned and neat.

Streamlining Process Digitization with Gluu

Vorteile:

Gluu has completely streamlined our clients process digitization journey. It's our ace in rapidly transforming ideas into tangible outcomes for clients. The remarkable time and cost savings have elevated our agility, allowing us to adapt and experiment freely.

Nachteile:

Ofcourse there is always a task of getting the system to support the task/process. And you need to spend a bit of time on this. But Gluu is quite flexible on this, so not a big task.

Great program with amazing customer service.

Kommentare: My overal experience can be described as astonishing.
I have used GLUU for many years now. And what started for a small explanation platform for our ERP system with small flowcharts. Has now grown into a huge program that contains all our internal processes.

Vorteile:

How easy it is to work with and to start with. And how much and how quick the customer service is from GLUU.

Nachteile:

When starting I missed some of the functions. But after using it for some years I have no cons. Amazing product.

A good way to document and collect business processes

Vorteile:

I use Gluu to document processes in collaboration with stakeholders in the organization. With Gluu, we have the opportunity to implement new business processes and at the same time optimize the processes if elements in the process no longer match the way of working. So, Gluu ties the business together as we gather our processes in one place. In addition, Gluu has a really good customer service that quickly and efficiently helps you if problems arise.

Nachteile:

Gluu is not the fastest documentation tool. So problems may arise in connection with a workshop.

It is user friendly and very intuitive. Hands on system.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Kommentare: Overall, my experience is very good, I think Gluu is a tool that every organization (big or small) should invest in. It is always difficult to find a common place where to document all the processes across the organization and this tool is addressing exactly this challange.

Vorteile:

I think Gluu is very intuitive and easy to work with. I could very quikly draw the process I am owning receiving just a brief introduction to the tool. Everything is at hand and all the icons are self explanatory.

Nachteile:

You have to be a little skillful when drawing the arrows. But once you manage to master the tricks, then no problem.

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like on the collaboration between ZILLION and Gluu

Shedding Light on Work Processes with Gluu

Vorteile:

Gluu's a star at shedding light on our work processes so they make sense to everyone. It's like our guidebook for how things happen.

Nachteile:

There are no cons in my opinion. It's a truly great product in every aspect.

Using Gluu to Guide Clients to Smooth Processes

Vorteile:

Gluu's like my trusty tool to guide my clients towards having those standard processes nailed down. It's brilliant to get their team involved and work together using Teams and Gluu online.

Nachteile:

Some of the snap-features while drawing in Gluu makes it a bit tricky - but I have seen way worse in similar tools and it soesn't affect the user experience too much.

Easy to get started, easy to make it simple.

Kommentare: All users have adopted Gluu and find it easy to work with.

Vorteile:

The ability of Gluu to match how complex and difficult you need the system to act. You can start simple and fast, then move on to super advanced and keep the overview.

Nachteile:

At the beginning a few features were missing and some drawings would glitch on line crossings, but that part has been fixed.There should be a license for read only users.

With Gluu I can help my clients to get to standard processes.

Vorteile:

Gluu lets me engage my clients' staff in working with their business processes. It's great to be able to collaborate online via Teams and Gluu.

Nachteile:

I haven't experienced that I felt something missing
