Kommentare: As a long time Spektrix user, I was quite set in my ways by the time I came to launch Arts Tickets. At the time, the system was relatively basic and not well equipped to host a show with a booking period of longer than about a month but we have worked together over the last year to add and enhance features within the system and the guys have been so open-minded and accommodating of my millions of requests! They are always on the end of the phone or email to help and to pitch in if I need something urgently. I would already recommend the system as it is but can happily say that it is only going to continue improving. My favourite feature is the CSV sales upload. For our shows, we operate paperless guest lists; the front of house team have tablets with Line Up on and they use the Web Check In feature to mark guests as checked in. This means we require customer names from our third party agents. When an Excel/CSV file with First Name, Last Name and Number of Tickets is copied and pasted into the Bulk Issue field, you can essentially just drag and drop your sales in for quick and easy processing!

Vorteile: The software is very user friendly and has some very smart shortcuts for certain processes.

Nachteile: The existing API links with agents' systems are limited but that will change as time goes on.

Kommentare: So far Line Up has provided us with an effective booking system that enables us to free up staff time and ensure our audiences/bookers are happy. The phone is definitely ringing much less! We've had to slightly tweak the system to suit our needs and even though some options weren't possible, nothing was too much trouble and Line Up were always happy to investigate and offer solutions. Their customer service is impeccable and looking forward to working with them as we develop our offer at Theatre Peckham.

Vorteile: We needed a system that was easy to use by both our audiences/bookers and staff team members. Line Up provides a user friendly journey for both of us, that is quick, simple and effective. It's great to know the Line Up team are just at the end of the phone if we need any support .

Nachteile: We need to do a lot of reporting for Arts Council that means gathering lots of data and being able to pull many different reports. Even though some requirements aren't yet supported by Line Up, we were able to work out suitable solutions.

Kommentare: Line-Up has been exceptional, not only in delivering a ticketing system for The Bunker Theatre that provides ultimate ease at point-of-use for our customers but a system that aims to optimize the backend of the system, taking theater ticketing well and truly into the 21st century. Reactionary sales updates and analysis are helping us scrutinize the effectiveness of our marketing. On the door check-in is easy and sales can be taken right up to the show starting. This high-class ticketing system is backed up by a world-class team that has gone the extra mile to make sure that the system works best for us as a venue. They are continually making improvements, allowing us to adapt and optimize the system to our needs, our producers needs and our audience's needs. They have worked tirelessly to hit our deadlines and I am convinced that, with more honing and developing, their system will quickly take over all Off-West End and touring venues and will overtake any competition in the sector.

Vorteile: The software is easy to use, incorporates live updates, and serves our needs of the theater.

Nachteile: There are still some teething issues, but Line-Up is very fast to respond and fix any bugs or errors that arise.

Kommentare: We needed a ticket solution for our festival that was flexible, well integrated into our own site and looked good. That was harder to find than you'd think. We found Line-Up after a LOT of searching - and are really pleased with the results. We'll be working with them from now on.

Vorteile: It looks great, integrates well on our website and the worklow is well thought out from start to finish. Also, the help we had from the team was exceptional.

Nachteile: There actually isn't anything I would identify as being a flaw. I think the service is young, which was initially a concern, but they seem to be doing everything right.

A great all-round ticketing service at a resonable price and constantly improving.

Kommentare: We use it for our entire theatre venue to sell tickets for shows and festivals and it offers and all-round ticketing service.

Vorteile: We use LineUp for our entire theatre venue, including shows and festivals, and it's a great tool. It provides an all-round ticketing service at a reasonable price and has a great team, quick to give support and take feedback on board.

Nachteile: It does perhaps not have as many features as some other providers at this stage, but new feature are being added all the time.
