Easy to use, reliable, works everywhere I go, full of great features!
This software has been a huge benefit to my practice. I had been using another system and switching to ACESoft was easy and has immensely streamlined our operations in many ways.
Medical records creation process is very streamlined and efficient, and converts to invoice easily. This feature alone has saved me countless hours in record keeping and data entry.
It has helped us to improve at collecting fees at time of service by being able to produce an invoice in the field.
Tracking expiration dates of inventory items alone has more than paid for this program.
As an ambulatory practitioner, I really appreciate how the scheduler helps us to be more geographically efficient and avoid traversing the county more than we need. We also use the schedule as a communication tool within the office, which is also a big help.
Financial reporting is great and managing reminders is super easy and has been a great benefit in helping to promote customer compliance for their animals' care and we use reminders as marketing tool as well.
Ease of use is great and the help and support from the company are great as well. I like that I can go anywhere and use my system even where there is no internet access (unlike cloud software) and sync with the office when I am connected. I love the way the scheduler works and from an appointment can jump directly to a patient, or a customer without having to exit out of one screen to get to another. The software is really exceptional in the way you can easily navigate to different places in the program. Another thing I really like is their template feature that opens various templates, populated with patient information, and then allows you to annotate, draw, add pictures, select from drop down menus, etc and attach to a patient record. They say I can even make my own templates, but i have not gotten into that yet. Great reporting, reminders, and inventory management.
It does pretty much everything I need it to do and then some. Highly recommended!
Nachteile: Cant really think of anything negative to say about this software program. Any time I have had any problems the company has promptly helped resolve them, and in most cases were user error.

Easy, intuitive, user friendly, great customer service
Kommentare: We are able to efficiently look up previous records and have all aspects of the medical record available to us. Able to batch print/email invoices for an easier end of month processing.

Nachteile: All software programs are not going to be everything to everyone. Acesoft works with you as the user to help you use the program to the level that you require.
