Kommentare: As a new employee in our company, I can see who my colleagues as well as the hierarchy. There is also calendar to track the holidays. It is so helpful for me. Especially I have all my important documents stored in the system.

Vorteile:

It is so easy to use and more convenient, you can install the app in your phone and even log in to your laptop. It can track where you time in and time out. It is accurately recorded. You can request documents you need and also you can access it any time in the system.

Nachteile:

In my 3 months of using ZenHR. I think none, I didn’t encounter any issues about it.

That said, I appreciate that ZenHR is constantly evolving, and I’m confident these areas will continue to improve with time

Vorteile:

Nothing stands out to be honest. I've used a few before BambooHR and ZenHr, I really encourage you to have a look at BambooHR, simple and easy to use, as a manager I've always found it easy and efficient to use it.

Nachteile:

Employee tree and vacation module. My main use case is managing leave requests and the UX for doing so in ZenHR is far from perfect.

A Software Engineer View on the use of ZenHR

Kommentare: it's pretty good so far and actually i've recommend it to a friend because they had some issue in applying for a vacation at their company and i think they actually have it now

a database for the employees of the company and their contact info ease of applying for a vacation or time off a personal record for the titles and salaries through my work for the company

some times the UI is a bit hard to navigate to reach to my requested information

Kommentare: It's my first time using it and I am disappointed at all. It helped me to know when my pay has been sent. It's not complicated to use it for asking any leave.
