Vorteile:

Ich nutze Zoom schon mehr als 2 Jahre. Früher hatte ich die kostenlose Version, doch mit der Zeit habe ich Upgegradet. Ich fand es toll das man auch kostenlos Meetings bis zu 45 Minuten machen konnte. So wurde ich mit dem Programm vertraut

Anfangs hatte ich Probleme alles zu finden z. B Den Breakout Room

Top Tool

Kommentare: Top Tool ,leicht in der Handhabung. Auch mit mehreren Nutzbar. Bildschirm teilen ist eine super Möglichkeit.

Vorteile:

Dieses Tool nutze ich häufig um in Kontakt zu treten mit Kunden und Partnern. Sie ist leicht zu nutzen und einfach in der Handhabung.

Nachteile:

Finde jetzt keine Nachteile und bin mega begeistert vom Tool

Extrem schlechter Kundenservice

Vorteile:

Nichts ist überragend - alles ist vergleichbar mit ähnlicher Software

Nachteile:

Ich habe Probleme, weil durch das Ändern meiner Mail-Adresse fehlerhaft ein zweites Konto erstellt wurde. Nun komme ich weder auf mein altes kostenpflichtiges Konto, noch kann ich das neue falsche Konto wieder löschen - beide Konten blockieren sich gegenseitig. Für dieses Problem gibt es nun keinerlei Support, man wird lediglich mit FAQs oder chatbots abgespeist, die KEINE Lösung meines Problems enthalten. Ich brauche einen telefonischen oder Mail-Support mit einer realen Person, die mein Problem beheben kann.

Kommentare: My Overall experience with Zoom Events and Webinars has mostly been positive but not without it's challenges. However, there is room for improvement such as the customization for event. All in all its a solid platform.

Vorteile:

I like that Zoom is easy to set up and navigate. It allows large number of participant, making it great for webinars. It video and audio quality is also topnotch. The interactive tools such as the chat feature keeps the audience more engaged. I also love the whiteboard feature and it collaboration features.

Nachteile:

What I like least about Zoom is limited customization for event branding and design.

Running Webinar Events on Zoom

Kommentare: I have used Zooms Events and Webinars to plan and prepare marketing and informational webinars for past few months as I prepare to launch them and use them to market my company.

Vorteile:

Zoom event s and webinars brings the great quality of the Zoom online meeting platform and combines it with scheduling and webinar capabilities offering marketers and online educators and webinar publishers a great platform to run their ongoing webinar series allowing them to plan and promote webinars several months in advance.

Nachteile:

I believe the event scheduling system can still be improved.

My Overall Experience with Zoom

Kommentare: Overall, Zoom is a good backup platform.

Vorteile:

Zoom allows me to record the webinars without the paid upgrade to the platform. It also has more filters, and my students love this feature.

Nachteile:

There are a couple of cons to this platform. The first con is that, unlike Google Meet, their free platform only allows for [up to] 45 minutes, While Google Meet allows up to 60 minutes for the free plan. And the second con is that it uses a lot of battery power on my laptop. In contrast, Google Meet uses very little battery power.

A great tool for webinars,workshops and online classes

Kommentare: I had a very good experience with zoom while using it for a one-on-one meeting,for hosting a webinar or assisting to one and for interactive classroom(the features like reactions make the class more efficient and interactive)

Vorteile:

I think the platform is very easy to use,it s not complicated especially for beginners and educators who don't have time for technical issues and need to focus more on the content. I also like the quality of videos and audios

Nachteile:

The limited time of a session(40 min is too short)

Zoom - a great platform for your streaming needs

Kommentare: Overall the system is very easy to use, it has a lot of features that can very easily be overlooked that are actually quite powerful, but can be a game changer

Vorteile:

It is a very stable platform, and can be integrated into our streaming software, vMix very easily

Nachteile:

The way that you setup Webinars is not very intuitive, you select a start time, and you have to state how many hours your event is, very few people think in this way and will generally have a start and end time.

Zoom Events and Webinars Review

Kommentare: Overall, it has been an amazing experience. It has made meeting so many people at the same time a lot easier.

Vorteile:

I like the ease of conducting large online events through audio and video, in order to gather a lot of people at the same time and also through screen sharing.

Nachteile:

Well I don't know if it is due to the capacity of people its been used for, Sometimes the volume goes off. Some of my listeners couldn't hear me in one of the meetings I had and it crashed. Though it doesn't happen all the time.

Best video service and training aide around

Vorteile:

This is the best tool we have that runs consistently smooth no matter how many people we have attend. Also it keeps all the users anonminity which is vital for our customers privacy

Nachteile:

This is not so much on Zoom, but some companies will not allow their employees to use Zoom.

Elevated our company to new heights!

Vorteile:

As someone with zero experience in event set up, its user-friendly interface makes it easy! I was hesitant at first to venture into this territory but knew our company would benefit and grow from giving it a try. We have been able to reach so many more people because of it! It has elevated our company with features like screen sharing, live captions, and Q&A sessions enhancing the overall experience for everyone. It is customizable, easy to brand, and the support team has been incredible in helping us navigate the platform.

Nachteile:

As with many platforms of this kind, the audio and video quality can be inconsistent. Even after upgrading our equipment, we ran into issues with the quality that were a poor reflection of the content we wanted to represent our company. Zoom was tremendous though with helping us troubleshoot.

Awesome in every way

You won’t pick another meeting software

Kommentare: This software is GREAT for behemoth meetings. I wouldn’t go with other one as I have become pretty dependent on it

Getting a lot of people together in a single room and easily managing actions for each participant

Nachteile:

Honestly everything’s is pretty solid, nothing comes to mind in terms of improvement as this seems to be what they do best.

Effective and Efficient tool for Event Management

Vorteile:

Being able to record helps in going back to discussion when needed. Also the caption feature is great addition.

Nachteile:

Being able to see the participants while sharing the screen really helps read the room.

My favorite part about Zoom is the convenience. They are a huge platform recognized by most people across industries.

Kommentare: My Overall Zoom experience is firstly joining in on a meeting that will soon accomplish something sensational while seeing so many faces on the screen. Zoom Events and webinars are very informative and educational gives you great creative entertainment in a positive light. Positive individuals planning to make a difference and build a better foundation in all circumstances and categories. Its a great form of togetherness and I think of Zoom as a form of positive intuitive strength.

Vorteile:

Zoom Events are very exciting and creative you get to see the actual progress of a particular project or event you have been planning. Its a concise structure of abilities and capabilities building together as a team player.

Nachteile:

What I would say about most zooms webinars are a slight bit timely the plus side is all the great information positive impacts on self awareness and self confidence the endless opportunities that approach once in attendance of an event and all the motivational speakers, teachers, listeners and thinkers together in one setting. Time is all we need to become successful.

Zoom has changed my career for the better

Kommentare: I use it daily to tutor. I find it stable and accessible from nearly all other countries that I tutor in. I really like it and rely upon it.

Vorteile:

It’s easy to set up an event and invite others to the event. I also like the stability of their product. I use it daily and don’t drop calls.

I wish the annual price was a tad less.

How is zoom meetings helping us?

Kommentare: My overall experience with zoom was quite satisfying but still the app should improve its issue and fix bugs asap.

Vorteile:

It has many features like integration of other apps, multiple hosts,file & screen sharing, meeting recording, whiteboard etc which I like most about zoom.

Nachteile:

It is easy to use but sometimes it becomes messy and it has only 40 minutes of meeting time and it has freezing and crash issues .

Honesty is the best policy

Kommentare: My overall experience is mostly great. I love the fact that I can manage virtual events and webinars and the features are amazing. I love the fact that you can share your screen, have Q&A to make things more interactive, and break out rooms for one and one interactions and that enhances the overall experience for both the hosts and the attendees.

Vorteile:

Zoom offers convenience, it runs smoothly and you can have a large number participants, it's cost effective and you have the ability to interact with a higher number of participants integration and live stream support. It's very user friendly and easy to setup.

Nachteile:

Sometimes there can be some glitches technically and the customer service can use some work, they need to show more empathy when dealing with their customers.

Zoom is a wonderful application for setting up online meetings and webinars. It is very secure and relibale. It is very user-friendly. You can conrol the users' access while in a meeting or webinar call. It is very affordable and perfect for professionals. Using Zoom I was able to save a lot of time at work, by connecting quickly with my co-workers.

Nachteile:

I do not have any dislikes about Zoom. The customer service can be improved. I have had a problem, and I could not solve it in a short time (through the customer service chat). I totally recommend Zoom!

Well most of the things are screen record while talking, multiple hosts ,file sharing and many more features

Nachteile:

Mostly are the voice effect ,if it can be for sound effects and noise background remove it could be awesome

Kommentare: This software starting from the time of use has help bring our team together, it has become an umbrella that shields us from incurring much expenses bringing the staffs and the organization together, we use zoom webinar everyday, having free access to the use and the functions is a value for the software

Zoom webinar offers its high level of efficiency, remote access, mobile access and it has helped bring the group together in a uniform way, it has saved us a lot from misinformation or non-uniformity of information disseminated

Nachteile:

Zoom video webinar offered a durable professional tools for video conferencing, messaging, sharing of files which all are end-end encrypted and so on, our organization haven't had any issues using this software so far , but further development and improvement is advised

Zoom makes the world a little closer

Kommentare: I have participated in several meetings and events, some joyful ( family reunions) some sad ( niece’s funeral overseas) and a lots of business meetings.

Vorteile:

Very easy to navigate. Average person can be a host. It’s an excellent tool for business meetings and also for family members who are scattered all over the world to get together for special occasions. Host has the ability to mute participants when needed

Nachteile:

Some time chat gets missed or a raised hand takes too long to be recognized

I love that we can create breakout rooms for our big meetings.
