Vorteile:

I love that they've chosen a serverless, infinitely scalable architecture so I never have to worry about their ability to scale and meet my email campaign demands. What's more, their interface is intuitive and approachable, with a stellar email editing option. And most important -- this is an exceedingly affordable option to get start sending state-of-the-art email campaigns.

Nachteile:

I've found a couple bugs when editing my email template that caused a little pain. I've also not found the customer support team to be available for chatting when I'm online.

A good start

Kommentare: Moonmail is a useful product for basic email campaigns, but I found their customer support to be lacking. Multiple attempts to follow up on reported issues were met with silence, and their support team seemed to consist of just 1 or 2 people who were not often available. When I had customers reporting our emails to us as suspected phishing attempts, I had to wait 3 days to hear back from a support agent. Not impressed yet, but I'll be happy to re-evaluate for a different project.

Vorteile:

The software is easy to use and intuitive- creating a template is the work of minutes, with template editing just as easy.

Nachteile:

This software unfortunately continuously triggered our clients' spam and junk filters. When adding a hyperlink, Moonmail adds their trackers onto the link as well. While this is great for campaign performance, it turns our nice, short direct call-to-action link into a suspicious 6 line behemoth which we actually had reported to us by a client who thought we'd been hacked!

Vorteile:

It is user friendly, easy to use. Over time I get easy understanding of its usage with needing an Expert to set it up

Nachteile:

I really can not think of one, I have not encountered issues using the software.

Kommentare: I have tested many other applications and I choose Moonmail. I thing for the money I get creat service. Now I am testing the app if we can compoletely move from Mailchimp to Moonmail

Moon mail is great for the start up guy, I don’t have a large budget to subscribe for the extra feathers. Their offers reflects that unlike their competitors, I can do everything I need to with the opinion to always upgrade.

Nachteile:

It takes a little getting use to but worth it.

The price is fairly low and the userinterface looks nice. It's easy to understand and use this software.

Nachteile:

A lot of small bugs and no direct connection with Mailchimp. Automation possibilities also quite weak.

MoonMail helped increase our numbers

Vorteile:

This platform made it very easy to produce attractive and interactive newsletters that is attention grabbing. You won't even need a lot of time as long as you have what you need prepared (branded images, gifs and so forth).

Nachteile:

I do wish there were a lot more features that guided me through the process. I do believe the platform is considerably easy to use, but I also do believe there should be slightly more help with elements like the campaign list footers and so forth.

It is the most powerful tool we have worked with so far. MoonMail offers unlimited campaigns.

Vorteile:

MoonMail has good pricing including all the necessary services for our business. We have unlimited campaigns per month, unlimited subscribers by campaign. With MoonMail we can store up to 25,000 subscribers. Other important reason is that we are having a premium support which really is helpful.

Nachteile:

Maybe, something negative is that if you don´t know this software, you could not find easily on the internet. It is not stil very popular.

Very cute and visually appealing

Kommentare: I used MoonMail for a monthly email newsletter. I always got compliments on how cute it looked and how well it highlighted important events and notifications for our server. I was able to put some work into creating a simple layout and then reusing it over the months.

Vorteile:

The marketing we sent out came together beautifully and with ease. There was very little fidgeting I had to do with formatting.

Nachteile:

I wish there was a little more data about those who opened the email.

MoonMail is the perfect MailChimp Alternative

It's super simple, the UX/UI is awesome, and the price is much more affordable than MailChimp.

i think mailchimp is a bit more robust, but for what i'm doing (small business stuff), this works fine.

It’s great! It’s secure, it’s easily deplorable, it’s easy to use.

I would really love to see an iPhone application for this.

For the cost this service is just as good as the big hitters that charge 3x as much! Also the banding for subscribers is high, meaning you aren't having to upgrade every couple of months

Nachteile:

The basic plan doesn't include mailchimp integration. But this wasn't too difficult as I just had to export my mailchimp list and use it that way.

Kommentare: MailMoon definitely helped us with Cart Recovery; so for this reason alone, we would recommend trying it.

Vorteile:

We were able to recover more abandoned sales. We went from 7% to 21% recovers in one month. ease of use & automation

Nachteile:

I was on a smaller plan & just upgraded but having more templates & image options would be cool.

Tried it out after facing a debacle from another popular Mailing Service and it's good!

Integration, customer segmentation and intelligence around it. Simply superb. Was little hesitant to believe what they had said on their website.. but it was much more than what i expected. Well done.

Not that i can think of now..may be will add later. They should advertise it more, as i discovered this by chance.

We can use our own SES account because we maintain our email reputation. It takes only 1 day for just to migrate from Sendy.

Nachteile:

The product is relatively new so many feature are still missing. You really need to know how email marketing work. Explaining this thing to manager would be tricky.

User-friendly, ask valid information, not waste too much time, What I want and I am intrested in the delivery rates of the emails.

Nothing uptill now. Let's see in the future if it will make some issue I definitely comment on that but still I am saying its good.
