Kommentare: My experience with OVEIT in the areas of payments, crowd management, and data management has been extraordinary after many frustrations caused by numerous failed attempts in over 15 years of organizing large events. It's much better compared with Eventbrite or Festipay or others.. similar.

They can do better in growing faster, globally, and develop more integrations with other players to make our life easier.

Easy interface, very reactive team, easy to integrate the ticket portal to our website - which is essential to us.We really enjoyed the collaboration - Bogdan attaches a lot of importance to being professional and ensuring a smooth experience, and this was highly appreciated.

Confusion about ticket typesNecessity to print the stickers, which were not of the best quality (tbf, I don't see another solution, but I hope we'll be able to find one in the future)

Kommentare: So far so good, the Oveit team is very helpful and the platform is developing in the right direction to service all the needs of a permanent theme park location. Took us a lot longer than expected to implement and use all the available features of the platform.

It is a very useful platform that simplifies a lot the ticketing actions and registration process for our business event. It is swift and easy to use for everyone, even without technical knowledge. The features we needed and didn't existed at some point were quickly developed and implemented.

Kommentare: We had an amazing customer service experience with [sensitive content hidden]!!! She was a great help and tried her best to help us out with hick ups! we were disappointed with Crypto.com, absolutely worst to set up and no Customer service!! you should look to work with IBEX Mercado! they are amazing The platform is easy to use and set up but is lacking in reporting, which was crucial for us as we had to manually track.

We were working with [sensitive content hidden] and we had an amazing customer service experience!!! We liked the fact that it was easy to use and user friendly. Onsite check in was easy as well and fast. there was never a huge line up, that was really great!

Nachteile:

Reporting, we needed data and we had not access to reports, had to manually go through all the tickets and create reports, there needs to be an improvement there for sure! When setting up different types of tickets with options to choose from. maybe we didn't set them up right, but it was not counting properly.Also onsite no apple product were working with the app. so we had no back up, thankfully everything went smoothly, but would be a plus to have next time.

I have been organizing events for over 10 years with bimonthly recurrence. We have tested many ticketing platforms over time, but ove is the one that has always exceeded our expectations. Besides the fact that the platform is well built, we have an exceptional customer service. Any situation in which a participant gets confused in the purchase (not being used to the technology) ove team jumps to help. They are more than a ticket platform, they act like your internal team, ready to help you whenever you need it.

Nachteile:

I find the platform very well optimized now. With a very friendly interface (both for you as a user and for you as an organizer). Over time, they optimized their platform according to the recommendations of the organizers, and now, I can't find a thing that they should improve

- The there wasn't any direct export with the email addresses of each ticket purchased (e.g. if on one order there are more tickets bought) - You cannot download all the generated invoices between specific dates

Kommentare: It was nice and the customer support truly brought a lot a value to the overall experience.

Vorteile:

It is easy to be integrated into the website and the process of registration is customizable. You also had registration services on sight during the event which were super fast and smooth.

Nachteile:

It was difficult to search for specific participants on the platform in the registered list with attendees and I always had to download the report so I could filter people out. It was also hard to identify duplicates within the platform and the ticket generated was not customizable enough. It would be cool to have more space to integrate visual elements.

Nachteile:

* I have to download and merge 2 different types of reports in order to have in the same place all the information related to participants (personal details & payment details) * that error of the payment which was not notified in any way! The participant paid ticket fee, the platform didn't record the participant and did not issued the invoice so we were in a difficult situation in front of our participant

Kommentare: If the end user is willing to sit back and scope things out they can build a robust ticketing system for fractions of what other systems cost.

Vorteile:

Flexibility, I needed a software ticketing system that allowed me to collect the data I needed. Oveit Forms allowed me to to that.

Nachteile:

Add Ons are great BUT not being able to report on qtys sold and stop sales when sold out presents issues. We have found work arounds but it is all manual
