Kommentare: Wir sind bisher begeistert von der App und freuen uns darauf, in den kommenden Wochen/Monaten/Jahren durch Beekeeper einen weiteren Schritt in Richtung Digitalisierung gehen zu können.

Vorteile:

Uns gefällt, dass wir nun nur über das Smartphone alle unsere Kollegen erreichen können, dies war vorher aufgrund fehlender Hardware auf unseren Baustellen nicht möglich. Die Benutzerfreundlichkeit wird sich erst noch herausstellen, da wir erst vor ein paar Wochen die App eingeführt haben. Es zeigt sich aber schon jetzt, dass der Großteil der Mitarbeiter sie nutzen und akzeptieren.

Nachteile:

Die Worker Bees funktionieren noch nicht ganz so, wie wir uns das wünschen würden. Wir haben aber bereits ein Feedback hierzu abgegeben. Auch die Suche nach Mitarbeitern unterschieden nach Firmen fehlt uns in der Chatfunktion. Ansonsten ist die unterschiedliche Darstellung im Web-Browser vs. Smartphone etwas störend, da sich so das Hochladen der Titelbilder schwierig gestaltet.

Tolle Plattform um die Mitarbeiter zu erreichen

Vorteile:

Durch den einfachen und teilweise bekannten Aufbau, ist die Nutzung durch die Mitarbeiter direkt gegeben. Die Nutzung von Labels (Hashtags) ermöglicht eine definierte Suche, wie ein Filter.

Nachteile:

Die Löschfunktion im Bereich Chat ist noch nicht vorhanden.

Kommentare: Beekeeper ist das perfekte Tool für eine reibungslose interne Kommunikation ohne Sprachbarrieren.

Vorteile:

Die kann intuitiv bedient werden und kann von allen Mitarbeitern (auch via Mobile) benutzt werden. Unser grösster Vorteil ist, dass wir unsere Sprachbarriere aufheben konnten. Zudem können wir alle MAs zur gleichen Zeit informieren.

Nachteile:

Chat-Nachrichten können nicht gelöscht werden. Chats können nur Archiviert statt gelöscht werden. Will man dann mit einer Person einen neuen Chat eröffnen, kommt der archivierte Chat wieder. Eine Löschfunktion (Chat + Chat-Nachricht) wäre wünschenswert.

Best employee engagement app

Kommentare: Beekeeper combines the "Facebook-streams" and the "Whatsapp-chat-groups" in a useful company communication app with additional features. All our employee communication is now on beekeeper. And on top: exceptional customer support!

Vorteile:

Usability! No training needed, absolute easy to use (every employee likes working with it immediately!)

Nachteile:

The app has not yet too many features (e.g. is not a task management tool). But they are constantly bringing in useful features.

Easy to keep everyone in the know

Kommentare: Overall I'm very pleased with Beekeeper and how easy it is to use and how well it has been received by my team and by all of our store departments.

Vorteile:

I like that Beekeeper helps keep all of our various departments on the same page about a variety of topics, as well as making it easy for them to share more light-hearted content and kudos to each other.

Nachteile:

I wish Beekeeper could sync with Asana or some other task management software, or at the very least have the ability to flag messages, as in my communications I often come across a task that I'll need to remember and complete, but once the message is read, it's hard to find that reference again.

Weird thing at work

Kommentare: Not a fan of it but work had us sign up for it and can't login anymore.

Vorteile:

We have this at my job and it works for what they want to use it for. Sending all sorts of info through it.

Nachteile:

A pain to login and don't forget your info or it's a real bad time trying to get back into it. Wouldn't use it.

Love using Beekeeper

Kommentare: I really enjoy using Beekeeper. Over time, our company continues to see increases in engagement. It's given us a nice platform to be more creative in our employee engagement opportunities and allowed us to communicate easier. We've added fun projects to keep engagement on Beekeeper high so that our company continues to use it. It's a great tool for both employee engagement and communication.

Vorteile:

Widespread and on-the-go communication, user friendly, personalized to your company

Nachteile:

I had an issue just once with uploading a big mp4 file even as an Admin (2GB is allowed). It is currently being reviewed. But otherwise, I am very satisfied with it.

We love Beekeeper

Kommentare: We use Beekeeper for our internal communication with our fix and freelance staff. The different streams allow us to communicate specificly.

Vorteile:

Very easy to handle! Opportunity to display information on screens

There ist nothing we do not like. We have a high user rate

Kommentare: Beekeeper is a great asset for in term of efficiency of our internal communication. I definitely recommend is tool.

Simple and Intuitive

Kommentare: Communication is as important as air. Beekeeper made it easier for our colleagues to communicate. Staff engagement is a priority and beekeeper has help improve colleagues loss of appetite when it comes to communication and collaboration.

Vorteile:

The design is simple and intuitive. Learning curve is not steep making it easy to roll out, get everyone on-board, and keeping everyone actively using the app.

Nachteile:

The least I liked about the software is the surveys. The survey is a powerful feature as we are able to collect responses from colleagues on any subject. However, there is a limitation. When setting up a survey, you are limited only to the pre-defined choices. Just wondering if we can also prompt a survey question where the colleague can type his response.

Great communication platform for our Company

We are also very pleased with the connections that are being made across departments and throughout our organization. Beekeeper is supporting our effort to build one team of many functional units.

Communicate, don't just speak at people!

Kommentare: I'm a company with employees that are in the field and using their email addresses was not working in terms of sending them communication.

Vorteile:

The data I can obtain from the engagement and communication interactions my employees are having. The way I can easily track communication via the campaigns. The way my team is now more productive and engaged, and how that has affected my productivity and lowered my employee turnover.

Nachteile:

I can't say there's anything I didn't like!

Great communication tool

Kommentare: We have a very open content policy: Posts need to be related to work (somehow). Therefore a lot of posts are from team events, trainings, get-togethers. Everybody likes that and it contributes to a positive working atmosphere and team spirit. Beekeeper is absolutely accepted as an internal communications tool (used by 96 % of all employees). This overall acceptance is the reason why important, work-related content (breefings, news from the different locations etc.) work so fine with Beekeeper.

Vorteile:

It only needs a handful of active people to post and they pull everybody else along. Even those who said they would never make use of it, start liking and commenting posts and even write their own posts after a short while. Beekeeper is a great and fun tool to connect with colleagues, share information, and communicate directly via chat. Beekeeper is easy to install and does not need a lot of explanation.

Nachteile:

The desktop version could have some more editing tools for posts (emojis, bold text, picture resize).

An Integral Piece of our $uccess!

Kommentare: We use our ProConnect....which is our name for Beekeeper, as a top tool to help lead our business!

Vorteile:

The software is easy to use and extremely functional. We would not be able to be what we are... with Beekeeper!

Nachteile:

Nothing about it gives us any issues at all.

Beekeeper simplifies internal communication

Kommentare: Beekeeper is very easy and intuitive to use. With this software, every single employee has access to the relevant information all the time and everywhere. Communication is faster and more direct and like this, we are able to react faster to customers needs. Since we have implemented Beekeeper, our employees are more engaged and exchange more information. With more buttom-up communication and a personal approach of sharing pictures and emojis, our communication culture has improved a lot.

Vorteile:

The Set up of Beekeeper is quick and uncomplicated.

Nachteile:

As there are a lot of messages in our group chats, it sometimes happens that certain information is overlooked.

That it is add free. The streams are easy to access, and the back end of the program is user friendly.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the app says I have a notification when I don't.

In beekeeper we can create customizable forms such as vacation requests, accident reports etc.

The chat function is not being used as often as hoped.

Great Software for employee engagement especially in the service industry

Vorteile:

It is mobile based not desktop, making it great to use in a non desktop work environment. Good integration with Zapier. We've experienced fantastic employee adoption and are slowly adding more features and finding more uses for the software.

Communication made easy

Vorteile:

So easy for instant access to all team members across all levels of the business. Up to date easy to use and right there on your phone.

Nachteile:

Not a lot not to like....just initial getting used to the system and then you are off.

Vorteile:

easy communication with different groups. Very efficient. Good user experience.

Nachteile:

Focused on communication with a community but more difficult to combine with more functionalities which leads to use of more than one application.
