There are truly no dislikes. On occasion it takes an extra moment for the dashboard to load. It's not significant.

The service from our account manager [sensitive content hidden] is second to none. She is always available to help no matter how small the request. It's also a huge benefit for us being able to see the industries our website visitors come from for our marketing efforts

Occasionally the load time on the site can be a tad slow.

Not worth the money, run away

Kommentare: At the very beginning of my trial (which really isn't a trial), I told them that I just didn't see value in it. They told me 'too bad' you still have to pay the year subscription. It wasn't the message I received when I signed the contract to trial.... so make sure you are 100% onboard before taking the next step. After experiencing all of this, not really sure how they are still in business.

Vorteile:

They do a good job onboarding you and teaching how to leverage it. Very talented sales team that is ready to overcome any objection you might have. The closest related experience to this is like buying a used car. High pressure sales... some people like getting sold that way.

Nachteile:

I didn't like how they trick you into a contract just so you can test drive (get your hands on it) the software before actually buying it. There is really no way of seeing if this thing will actually work unless you commit to a year subscription. And my situation, the leads I was seeing were just registered companies on Google. That doesn't work for us. We are more of a B2C business, which I kept telling the rep So buyer beware if you are wanting leads from actual people. Not going to work for you.I was also oversold on the HubSpot integration. It isn't two-way syncing. You have to upload your HS contacts via text file if you want to see them in this tool. The integration is basically worthless from my point of view.

Excellent Insights for your business

It's very informative and provides very useful insights that we can utilise internally and for our clients

Nachteile:

The Exporting of data can often be problematic in large amounts. I would also like to be able to better customise some of our reports with additional fields for export that can be pre-progammed to save a lot of time adding additional information post export.

A really useful product, with great support

Kommentare: We have this in place to assist with monitoring web activity, which useful for both new visitors, and also existing customers. Knowing the customers journey allows us to tailor our approach when responding to enquiries.

Vorteile:

The configurable dashboard provides a useful overview of the visitors activity. The support is great.

Nachteile:

It takes some time to understand the layout & functionality, but the support has always been there to assist.

It's a web-based tool, enabling the right people within our organisation to access and act on relevant information as and when it occurs. The attention to detail, diligence and professionalism of our Customer Services Manager is exceptional and makes Lead Forensics work well for us.

Nachteile:

The downside of a tool with so many features and elements is that it can be hard to access precisely the single item you're looking for at any given time. It's almost as if the tool is too powerful!

Lead Forensics is a tool we rely on

Kommentare: Our organization has been very pleased with the Lead Forensics product. From the time it was implemented, to the ongoing quarterly meetings with a product representative, to help us improve/customize the platform for best ROI.
We have converted leads to forecastable opportunities above our goal expectations. I would recommend trying this before much more expensive options.

Vorteile:

It provides prospect/customer information of what products are being researched. This in turn provides a warm lead to be followed up by my sales team.

Nachteile:

It can be difficult to Navigate the site to get where you want to be. I find myself having to search with hit and miss results.

Exceptional Customer Service

There are limited searching and sorting criteria that can make info gathering a time-consuming chore.

Kommentare: Overall positive, but in order to get the most out of the product you will need to use a 3rd party contact lookup tool.

Vorteile:

The fact that it backed up our Google Analytics data and showed us true B2B traffic to our website.

Nachteile:

The quality of contacts in the contact database is awful. This needs to be fixed because it's unusable.

Beginning to See Results

Kommentare: Great customer service and the ongoing support in terms of monthly calls has been a huge help. Also enjoyed the sales training that our staff received. It took some time to start seeing opportunities, but in the past few weeks we've had a handful of "lost prospects" return to the sight. With that visit information from Lead Forensics, we've reached out to these former prospects and they're now back in the sales funnel.

Vorteile:

I love the fact that we can see who's visiting our website, assign those visitors to users, and track how often they come back.

Nachteile:

I wish they were able to identify a higher percentage of total visitors. Was not aware of the fact that it's less than 30%.

Kommentare: I have had a fantastic first few months with Lead Forensics. The process to sell me the system was informative and encouraging but not too pushy. The ongoing support from the team has been faultless, they have provided a high level of dedicated support for each member of my team which has helped support embedment.

Brilliantly intuitive system with a easy to use back end system Self-service but strong support system within the Lead Forensic Team throughout set up and BAU usage. Interesting data for both marketing and sales functions within the business Encouraging and not too push during the sales process Support area with additional resources to help the team during the programme embedment

Nachteile:

Not knowing the exact person makes the process a little time consuming to source contacts. More direct dial information for contacts would make it better

Visibility is Key

Kommentare: I think it has been a very positive experience. Lead Forensics can do a lot, but it is important to ensure that it is working in the capacity that you need it to, and that it is working as effective as it can be for the needs of the company/individual. There is fine tuning involved. It evolved with the company, and each user, depending on need. It has a lot of capabilities and it is easy to use, overall. The support is great!

Vorteile:

It was a friendly team, eager to get a full picture of business so that they could personalize the tool for us. There was instant communication and the team is highly approachable.

Nachteile:

It took more than one show & tell to grasp fully how to utilize it. Perhaps for a sales teams, it is important to clearly explain what type of leads are generated and how to utilize the various features. It's not that it wasn't explained on the first round, but it may take more than one session for a sales team to grasp how to use this tool effectively, especially if they used to doing things one way.
