Kommentare: Our absence and time functions are now in one place and housed on-line which makes it easier to access for many of our users. We also use AppliTrack which has means no more paper applications. We are able to setup interviews quicker through the email function instead of making calls and leaving messages.

Vorteile: Whenever I think about Frontline the first thing that comes to mind is their customer service. They have the absolute best customer service I've ever experienced. They are easy to reach through the live chat and they are so quick to answer a question or help with an issue. Any down time is minimal, literally minutes, from a question or issue. Whether you're at work or at a Frontline conference the staff always goes the extra mile to make your job easier.

Great tool. Still trying to utilize the functionality to the fullest extent.

Kommentare: It has allowed us to get information from many more applicants than our previous software allowed us to.

Vorteile: Ease of use for the applicants. Applicants can submit information such as resumes and applications once for multiple positions.

Nachteile: Because of ease of use for applicants, many submit generic rather than specific information. For example, some letters of interest are written, "To Whom It May Concern" while others are even written to other organizations. If there were a way to allow applicants to upload generic info such as a resume & application but still require them to submit personalized info for each position they apply for it would be an ideal balance of user friendliness with value to the potential employer.
