Libryo is a game changer.

Kommentare: I have used similar products for many years, but nothing compared to what Libryo has been able to deliver to our organisation.

Vorteile:

Libryo has made the impossible, possible by delivering legal content to me in an easily understandable interface. The fact that I can use the multi-language functionality to seamlessly translate complex legal issues with anyone in my global team.

Nachteile:

Not much, but it delivers precisely what we need effortlessly.

The product is helpful and sufficiently enough to track down updates on Standards, Environmental and Health & Safety.

Vorteile:

I normally get updates on Standards and Regulation in time, that gave me enough time to communicate and do updates on our side as well

Nachteile:

So far so good, I enjoy the way you are do things, keep up the excellent work that you are currently doing.

Compliance Controller

Kommentare: It has really assisted me even though some of the regulations I am not able to download them and read them during my spare time.

Vorteile:

It's easy to navigate, and it assist us to stay updated with the new amendments of regulations.

Nachteile:

Some of applicability questionnaire are not directed to what I am working with.

Timeous updates to legislation changes.

Kommentare: Good. The interface is user friendly and easy to navigate.

I am informed of changes to legislation as these changes are made official.

Nachteile:

Personally, I have given up using the search function. Google has proven more effective in finding specific legislation when I need to need to refer back. For example what is the maximum shelving high that we are allowed to use in the warehouse or how many suspended solids are allowed in the municipal effluent before penalities apply.

Nachteile:

One aspect I found less favorable about Libryo was that occasionally, the search functionality could be improved to provide more precise results.

Safety Health and Environment

Kommentare: I have introduced libryo o the team and it support our compliance level to the terminal.

Vorteile:

Legal updates, audit modules and Compliance folders where certificates can be filed. most importantly the reminder function for all actions.

Nachteile:

Non at the moment the system is working perfectly fine.

Libryo Platform

Kommentare: Once I got the hang of it, I find that I am able to move around the platform.

Vorteile:

The easy access to relevant extract from Acts and Regulations

Nachteile:

Libryo tends to take you to word (word search) when you want to see the whole extract.

Libryo Review

Kommentare: I love that it works as a legal register, with the assessment tool that's very useful.

Vorteile:

You have access to legislation, regulations and the legal updates.

Nachteile:

It's hard sometimes to search for legislation especially stuff like lists of prohibited/ allowed substances, classifications lists.

Compliance status per legislation e.g. 90% compliant will be a useful feature

Quality and practicality of the system

Vorteile:

I think the system is easy to use. It has a good methodological basis for use in work. It is updated in a timely manner. And the self-survey helps to keep me in good shape as a specialist.

Nachteile:

To date, I have not found any drawbacks.

Overall, the program is user friendly and effective.

Nachteile:

The current program is user friendly but going forward the program must implement weekly reminders for legal updated that haven't been read by the user.

Kommentare: Updates on new legislation is delivered straight to your inbox so you stay in the loop.
Audits are a breeze as you have proof that you have an up to date legal register and all documentation can be uploaded for audits. I can highly recommend Libryo.

Vorteile:

The program is very user friendly and makes life a lot simpler with regard to legal compliance. Should you ever get stuck or need some explanation of the legal jargon, the program has an online chat feature with success agents to assist you. The Search feature is fantastic as you can drill down in your searches, search for applicable regulations on Environmental or Occupational Health and Safety, or both. Our company is currently in the process of obtaining ISO 14001 and the software has made my life a lot easier in obtaining information. It is also very exiting that the Libryo team is constantly working on improving the software with new features and the regular training sessions are very informative.

Nachteile:

Feature to upload documents is very helpful but a drawback is that your need to replace the documents once updated. Using hyperlinks would mean that the documents on the systems are current.

Libryo Evaluation

Kommentare: Lybryo was extremely helpful with the implementation of our ISO 14001 and 45001 Management Systems. It's an easy way for our busy top management team to stay informed with legal and regulatory changes as well as whether other key stake holders in the company get to know the law and their compliance status.

Vorteile:

The short overview with the option to read the full updates; I'm assured that legal updates are never missed

Nachteile:

There's no legal updating service for businesses exporting or trading with other international business partners.

Still a way to go

Kommentare: Tool is good but would require further improvment for application in German (DGUV Regulations, Offshore Wind content, ...)
Not decided yet, whether the combination with ISOMETRIX would be benefitial

Vorteile:

Collection of Legislation for Germany seems to be pretty comprehensive

Nachteile:

Binding regulations from German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV) are not included (at least not in the demo) Single pieces of legislation were not to be found via the search function with common names e. g. "Arbeitsschutzgesetz" but are in the system under the official name "Gesetz zur ..." and the Abbreviation ArbSchG. - strange, but happens if you screen official websites without mathching withlocal content

Kommentare: My experience has only been good so far. The possibilities are good and i just need to tap into the full potential of the software.

Vorteile:

The search bar and the reminders are good features. Can be used for many different types of highlights and action points. It is also very easy to navigate once you have a understanding of what you are looking for.

Nachteile:

The searches are still a bit difficult as i do not always know exactly what to search for and not all keywords point you to a specific regulation.
