Kommentare: It has been great! I've really enjoyed Klaviyo and think that it is the strongest ecom email platform on the market for Shopify merchants. The customization of emails is relatively easy, it has robust feature sets for additions like reviews and sms, and their flows are a hugely important piece to generate passive income. I'd recommend Klaviyo as long as the person onboarding new tools understood how pricing structure works.
Vorteile:
We like to ability to have a strong integration with Shopify and how easy it is to sync lists between other platforms and Klaviyo.
Nachteile:
The hardest things about Klaviyo are understanding pricing around profiles, and how to justify the growing cost of the platform when competitors are starting to flank them on pricing vs features.

Kommentare: Again, when I ask them nicely to remove another featured they added and we never asked for, I am asked the same questions 3 times in a row and ultimately treated like a robot. Different agents, but same behaviour. And the attitude? It's like they all have a bad day!

Kommentare: For the moment we believe this is one of the best SMS and Email marketing tools available.
Vorteile:
The interface is one of the cleanest we've worked with, and it actually works! (Which is something unfortunately didnt happen with some other alternatives) Flows are easy to create, user profiles are really complete with all the info on a specific contact (if you have an ecommerce integration active)
Nachteile:
It does have a learning curve, but they provide plenty documentation and online courses to learn how to use it from beginner to advanced user.
Klaviyo: Advanced Segmentation but lacking in SMS Capabilities
Kommentare: As a marketer, Klaviyo has been a game-changer for certain of my clients. Its powerful segmentation and automation tools allow me to create highly targeted and personalized email campaigns. This is perfect for some businesses, helping lead to increased engagement and sales. One things I wish they could do was improve the SMS capabilities to make a really robust platform that does specifically what some ecommerce clients need.
Vorteile:
Klaviyo's best features include: 1) creating targeted campaigns and automating email workflows 2) detailed insights into email performance to be able to measure ROI 3) integrates with many ecommerce platforms and tools.
Nachteile:
The biggest con is that advanced features can be complex to navigate. But also the cost, as pricing plans can be expensive, especially for small businesses or anyone with limited email marketing budgets. And an important one for certian users is that while Klaviyo offers SMS marketing, its much more limited compared to dedicated SMS platforms.
Great for small businesses
Kommentare: Friendly staff, and quick signup process. You can start your work right away! Getting something more specific like a dedicated IP address requires calls and so on. Overall a neat platform to get things started quickly for small businesses.

The signup and setup is very easy and straightforward
Nachteile:
Having multiple sites is a huge pain since you have separate logins for each of them. Deliverability wonders sometimes like a blind man in a knob factory.

Klaviyo is easy to use, implement, and set up. The customer service responded quickly, and there are tons of material to check online if you are stuck with a feature. I love the A-test features on popups and emails. Good integration with Shopify.

The review form is only in one language.

Klaviyo is SO good! It's really intuitive and I've found it the best platform of all emailers.

Pretty good software with just one reservation

Integration abilities with other tools, flows/automation is very easy to setup, the tool is intuitive, other email tools do not offer SMS as well, so it is really good for e-commerce stores.
Nachteile:
Pricing, other ESPs are priced more economically, which is favourable for a startup that is trying to scale. At times it is hard to justify the monthly fixed cost if you've had a hard month.

Kommentare: Great! Although I’m very critical of their UX, Klaviyo makes up for it in the number of features it offers. Also a great platform for agencies, as it has a lot of built in reporting features.

Kommentare: Overall I've been very happy with Klaviyo and appreciate its focus on email marketing and SMS rather than trying to be the tool for everything.
Vorteile:
I use Klaviyo for my email newsletter. It's been a smooth process overall. I've had no issues importing and managing lists and contacts and have been happy with its design capabilities, deliverability, and analytics.
Nachteile:
As my list grows, I'm a little weary of the pricing for larger audiences, but that is only an issue I see down the line.
Best tool for ecommerce
Vorteile:
You don't need coding or a dedicated IT team to use Klaviyo and still you get to build all your transactional comms and tailor the experience for your customers. The documentation in Klaviyo Academy is amazing, other platforms give you articles, Klaviyo give you videos. Integrations work great, event if it takes a couple of minutes to trigger the actions.
Nachteile:
They have a small delay in user-triggered actions. You can integrate with many many tools, but be patient with the triggers. Sometimes you may think you automation is not working properly but it's just that Klaviyo is taking a couple of minutes to pull the information from the third-party tool.
Best program for e-mail marketing & analytics.

Klaviyo is very easy to use. In the beginning you are well supported to set everything up and customer service is also readily available via Chat or e-mail. We use it mainly for email marketing. Our website is also connected to our Klaviyo account, so all customer data is automatically put into Klaviyo. So you can very easily track everything a customer does on our website. If he put something in his basket, actually ordered something, if he opened a newsletter or not and/or clicked through or not. Everything can be found in Klaviyo, great right?
Nachteile:
I myself work with klaviyo most of the time, for more than a year now and so far I don't have a single disadvantage to report about it.
Significant power, for a price
Kommentare: Klaviyo allows us to be extremely specific with our segmentation and to extract, analyze and track valuable customer insights. Many of our email campaigns have been very successful.
Vorteile:
Klaviyo is one of the strongest email management products available. They have incredible segmentation and customer insights.
Nachteile:
Klaviyo is very expensive, and it's not very easy to take your insights along with you if you leave Klaviyo. It's also important that you continue to take advantage of the features every single month, in order to get the most value out of the service.

Klaviyo Is Great For eCom
Kommentare: We use Klaviyo regularly and it's great for email automations and campaign sends. Email marketing is a must for any eCom business and Klaviyo does it well. The only downside is the cost. It's starting to get super expensive as our list grows.

The cost is starting to get out of control. Getting really expensive.
Great all-round marketing playform
Kommentare: We’ve used klaviyo for years, it worked great with Magento and even better with Shopify. The flows are very powerful and everything is so easy to use. They keep releasing updates too so it’s it’s very good value for money.
Vorteile:
Definitely the drag and drop email template builder and the flexibility it has for mobile. The sign up forms are just as easy to make. The whole platform is very user friendly.
Nachteile:
The sms campaigns are pricey and you’re very limited on character count. Watch out for your sms usage as if you go over you’ll be auto upgraded to the next payment tier.

Klaviyo: my most dynamic and complete online store thanks to email and sms marketing.
Kommentare: I am an architecture student who took the subject "Web Programming" for a whole cycle of university and even though my main focus was not on digital marketing, throughout the course of that subject I was able to understand how tools like Klaviyo can be essential for the success of an online business or more specifically when we create an online store in Shopify. I had to gain new knowledge while creating and customizing email templates, as well as integrating subscription forms into websites and many more functionalities. Finally, by using klaviyo I got a broader vision of the potential of digital marketing tools and how they can be applied in different professional contexts despite not being directly my field of work.
Vorteile:
What I liked the most about this tool was that I was able to integrate it with Shopify and Leaflet to acquire email marketing, and it was really easy to use and I was able to create and automate email marketing campaigns efficiently. In addition, thanks to its advanced segmentation system, I was able to reach my target audience precisely, obtaining a higher opening and engagement rate. And another point that I found interesting is that it allowed me to use SMS marketing, despite the fact that this type of communication is not widely used today, I implemented it because it was a requirement of my homework at the university, but still I found it useful and interesting.
Nachteile:
The only bad thing I found about this tool was that as the number of subscribers increased, the cost of Klaviyo also increased considerably, which can be a problem for people or companies with no income. In my case, my university paid for everything. I had no problem.
Klaviyo Lost It's Edge
Kommentare: It started off great, however, over time we noticed some severe issues with email deliverability, and pair that with an outrageous pricing structure that seemed to increase every quarter, it makes for a very bad experience. The lack of human response when you have an issue, while paying a premium price, makes us not want to recommend Klaviyo to any of our clients.

Their platform is robust, but their pricing plans are over the top, and it's no longer a good value.

The cost and the lack of human support are two of the biggest dislikes about Klaviyo.
Manage Your Business Email like a Prod
Kommentare: I didn't know anything about email marketing before using Klaviyo. In addition to the platform itself, there are great tutorials and workshops to help you use the platform better. I love that I can do SMS marketing from the same site.

Klaviyo has been a great addition to my marketing apps. It's pretty easy to use and when I have questions or issues, customer service is extremely helpful.

I use it everyday and love all the info they provide on how to improve OR, CTR, and revenue. It's very easy to create emails and flows.
Nachteile:
They switched from account reps to general customer service questions. We have a small team so for someone who is learning about email marketing it was really nice to have a personal relationship with the reps who could help guide you.
