An efficient solution to measure the employee experience

Kommentare: I’m definitely convinced that customer experience and employee experience are linked.
Bloomin is a powerful software solution to deliver a measure of employee experience. Answer rate to the surveys is >90% and the interface (conversationnal chatbot) is clearly a success key factor

Vorteile:

Very easy to use and set up : UI ++ Survey is a conversationnal bot Using of GIF (option) to answer Banks of HR topics

Nachteile:

Some improvements (in progess) to achieve for exporting results

Feedback on Zest tool by Chantelle Lingerie

Kommentare: Zest help us to measure the engagement and motivation of our employees, and empower the managers and the teams on those subjects (it's not only an HR subject). They are very attentive on our feedbacks to improve the tool and develop or optimise the features.

Vorteile:

We use the features "LISTEN" that includes the Engagement meter, Key drivers, and Polls. Those features are very easy to set and use. The major point is that the manager, the HR team and the Admin have an customized access to the results depending on their perimeter. The poll feature is very easy to set. The user don't need a lot of training to use this tool because it's very intuitive.

Nachteile:

The access to the results in back office for the HR and admin is easy but they could improve the ways the data are available in the tool, because if you wan to go further on the reporting the possibility to extract the data in excel could be improved. The key board could be improved too for managers, HR and admin The access of the historic, for the key drivers for exemple is not that intuitive More link between the features to help the manager having an overview of his/her team or for one employee on the results

Vorteile:

There are many possibilities provided by the program, including: * a database of pre-configured surveys; * a database of KPI; * the usage of GIF is a major plus; * the ability to planify surveys and simply build different lists of people.

Nachteile:

The back office's interface is not particularly "happy to use" or user-friendly, making it difficult to create, plan, or alter campaigns, for instance. I had a lot of clicks and needed the support staff's assistance. meticulously modifying every survey for weekly

Great product for management & HR but also employees

Kommentare: Since we have zest we have improve all the Employee Experience : on boarding, offboarding, engagement surveys... It helped us a lot with the crisis as we have great templates and we checked up every month the mindset of employees... It helped a lot also managers to see the mood of their team with the "mood check" that is sent once a week. Managers also have templates to do their one on one with automatical reminder... It's a tool to give the voice of our employee, check the engagement for HR & managers and facilitate management life

Vorteile:

I love the fact that the product is easy to use, user friendly for everyone : managers, HR & employees. It is really easy to setup but also fun to answer... The customer service is also amazing, they answer really quickly to your request and listen to their customers for new features & improvement

Nachteile:

Some features are quite young so need a little improvement but that's normal I am not worried because everything is setup everytime in the next release...

Ease of survey launch: the software is very user friendly, and very intuitive. Zest team is very responsive and present.

Nachteile:

Whereas the soft is very ease to use for connected people, it is not designed for disconnected people like operators in plants. Hoping that the work in progress will overcome this difficulty.

Outstandig Design, making HR transformation simple

Kommentare: In the beginning our team was not convinced to change the classical HR processes to a new era. But in the end the success happend. So today we are facing a complete new culture with thanks to Zest.

Vorteile:

We changed our org structure from classical hierarchical pyramid to democratic and people centrics. No longer yearly appraisals or top-down-goals. Everything is now basis von employee engagement and continuous listenings. Zest made this transformation happen! Zest can integrate to Slack! Very nice!

Nachteile:

After updating the App is loosing credentials, so I have to login manually after certain times (several weeks, not daily). But integration with SSO would help in future.

Great tool for measuring Employee Experience

Kommentare: We use Bloomin to create a dashboard to follow the efficiency of our on site training

Vorteile:

Very nice user experience, easy to set up and to train someone to use this tool. Teams really like the tool, uses cases can be very various and Bloomin will answer to most of your needs to measure your employee experience. Customer Service is a big plus

Nachteile:

Like every start up, it's not always easy to implement such a tool in a big bank, you will probably face several challenges (IT, compliance, legal) to solve.

Zest : un outil complet et facile d'usage !

Kommentare: Cela fait plus de 2 ans que je travaille avec Zest, outil qui m'a plu grâce à sa pluralité d'usages (baromètre complet, enquête flash, remontée du Mood au quotidien). Il me permet d'avoir une image à 360° du ressenti de mes collaborateurs.

L'aspect "back-office" : attribution des droits, ajout des collaborateurs

Kommentare: L'utilisation pour l'enquête engagement est facile à mettre en place, les fonctionnalités sont ajustables à tout instant (on peut corriger quand on a fait une erreur) et il est ludique pour les utilisateurs.

Vorteile:

Simple et intuitif

Vorteile:

Adoption très facile de l'outil par tous (RH et collaborateurs), qui offre de larges possibilités de personnalisation et une bibliothèque de templates qui fait gagner beaucoup de temps !

Nachteile:

Pas possible de customiser l’outil selon notre charte graphique

Kommentare: Analyse complète et détaillée de l'outil et demo par des équipes prof et à l'écoute.

Vorteile:

Outil très complet. Adoption facile et intuitive. Souplesse de l’outil et larges possibilités de personnalisation. Le grand plus : bibliothèque de templates qui fait gagner beaucoup de temps ! notamment pour les salariés sans email

Nachteile:

Inconvénients Pas d’inconvénients majeurs, de récentes évolutions comme l’analyse des verbatims ont comblé certains manquent initiaux.

Disponibilité des équipes : un vrai plus !

Vorteile:

Bloomin est très simple a prendre en main : très intuitif ! De plus, l'équipe est présente et disponible pour toutes questions. On se sent accompagné et même coaché !

Nachteile:

Certains éléments ne sont pas personnalisable : exemple le temps d'affichage des questions (trop rapide a mon sens)

Kommentare: première enquête d'engagement pour notre ETI (secteur industriel) sur nos 5 entités ACTIA France couvrant plus de 1000 collaborateurs. projet couplé à un enquête clients (externe) via la fonctionnalité "sondage"

Vorteile:

accompagnement de l'équipe projet CSM, réactivité, facilité de l'utilisation de l'outil pour répondre à l'engageomètre, personnalisation des questions de l'enquête

Nachteile:

analyse des résultats nécessite une bonne maitrise du back office

Une plateforme simple et efficace

Kommentare: La plateforme, qui est simple d'utilisation et très agréable tant pour les administrateurs que pour les répondants, nous permet de prendre le pouls, au sein de l'ensemble de l'entreprise ou de certaines directions, pour suivre les ressentis globaux dans le cadre des transformations de l'entreprise. A l'issue de ces enquêtes, nous pouvons ainsi adapter nos actions pour mieux répondre aux besoins exprimés.

Vorteile:

Facilité de prise en main, ergonomie, bibliothèque de questions, éléments pour passer à l'action

Nachteile:

Rares fonctionnalités manquantes (exemple : pouvoir utiliser un lien unique/QR code comme mode de diffusion tout en ayant automatiquement les axes d'analyse des répondants à partir de leur identification via SSO).

Very user friendly and very flexible. Can cover all the needs that will appear.

Nachteile:

Could improve to the reports we receive and i would like to have the opportunity to have analysis on my main screen.

Global and complete survey tool - for your team, departement or compagny

Kommentare: Very good experience with the help of the CSM team very available to help us to implement the solution. The tool is a real keystone to ask for feedback and follow-up the feeling of team, the evolution of project or manage some events...

Nachteile:

Ergonomy of the back office is not so user friendly and "happy to use" for example to launch a campaign / planify it.. or to modify it. Lot of click and I needed the help of the support team. Fastidious modification of each survey for weekly or daily one... Quelques fonctionnalités manquantes, à la marge.

Fun et performance ne sont pas incompatibles !

Kommentare: Principalement, prendre le pouls de l'entreprise et des collaborateurs, avec une fréquence trimestrielle;
Par ailleurs, on utilise aussi l'outil après des formations ou des séminaires pour évaluer l'événement (fond et forme) et faire encore mieux la prochaine fois !

Vorteile:

Facile à utiliser et à mettre en place (service support très disponible) C'est ludique et fun pour les utilisateurs, mais très efficace pour prendre le pouls d'une entreprise et favoriser la remontée de pistes d'amélioration Une base de questions type mise à jour régulièrement (par ex le covid) et très utile: un gain d'efficacité !

Nachteile:

On cherche... (qq petites fonctionnalités en plus qui seraient les bienvenues on déjà été transmises au service client)

Extraordinary tool !

Vorteile:

what I prefer with this tool is that it allows easy feedback from our employees. In addition, the Bloomin team is really on top. They are always there to help me in a very reactive way. The tool is constantly optimized. They also add themes depending on the context.

Nachteile:

It's a little complicated to add a giphy.

D'un point de vue managériale j'ai beaucoup apprécié mettre les Pulse en oeuvre pour favoriser les échanges dans les deux sens

Kommentare: Bloomin nous permet de mesurer le ressenti des collaborateurs sur des actions quotidiennes menées par les équipes dirigeantes, de prendre le pouls des équipes pour rester au plus proches des préoccupations et du bien-être des collaborateurs, de l'énergie les actions nécessaires pour l amélioration de l l'environnement au travail.

Facilité d utilisation. Mesure du ressenti des collaborateurs, segmentation des résultats, lecture rapide des retours pour plan d'action, sondage rapide et ludique
