Best Customer Survey Software!!
Kommentare: Talk2Us knows what they're doing. We have been using them for over 3 years, and have found a lot of value in their product. Our favorite feature is the Hot Alerts. We can reach out to disgruntled customers very easily, and usually get them back in our restaurants to give us a second chance. We also use it as a way to track customer service performance and cleanliness at all of our stores. Even the best customers won't give you a straight answer to your face, but using Talk2Us allows them to send us a real honest opinion on how we are doing. Our corporate team and store managers love it, and when our best staff members get called out by name, they get a bonus, so they love it! Lastly, the customer service from the team at Talk2Us is top notch. They always respond promptly and are very helpful when we have questions. They even reach out to us periodically to see what features they should offer next to make the product better for us. It's going that extra mile that we really appreciate.
Vorteile: Hot alerts and all the options for sifting through and analyzing the data.
Nachteile: Sometimes the pinning of reports can be confusing. Also, it would be nice to have a better way to track progress with customer conversations.

We have been with this customer survey software since August 2015. It is extremely easy learn and use. Our operations teams are on the site daily and the ability to quickly respond to guest concerns is awesome with the "Hot Alert" feature.
There are a couple of areas that we would like to see added: The ability to limit responses using the same POS register receipt number and/or responses from the same IP address/cookie identifier. Also changes to our management hierarchy that can be made internally.
I will say that everyone that I have come in contact with has been very knowledgeable and accommodating.
Vorteile: Quick and easy access and the ability to drill down to any level.
Nachteile: Does not have the ability to apply restrictions - time, frequency and duplicate surveys
