Used for every candidate since 2002

Kommentare: Since 2002, we have used HireSuccess to, suggest interview questions, to match a candidate's traits to a great fit for the client's workgroup, and to provide relevant descriptive adjectives to compare and contrast different qualified candidates.

Vorteile:

We have used HireSuccess for every candidate for at least 18 years. The test is cost-effective, easy to administer and easy to take for each candidate. Most candidates appreciate that we share their results with them. We rarely share the results with our clients, but we do use the strong descriptors to differentiate similar candidates. For example, "all three candidates have the talent, skill, knowledge and experience to do the job; Peter is the most extroverted, Paul is the most organized, and Mary is the most adaptable."

Nachteile:

The report is geared to suggested relevant questions for the hiring interviews. That is great. It would ALSO be nice for us to have a report version geared for candidate self-improvement -- something we could give to each candidate to provide suggestions to leverage their strong personality traits in the workplace.

Explanation to using it is developed by HS to hand out to the hiring managers, so they understand how each area is used to access.

Kommentare: Great company and great service! We had a lot of requirements for our Employment Test and Hire Success worked with us and we were able to go live in a few short months. As most products we had a few bumps on our start up but we worked them out with Support in the first few weeks. Support helped us review our options and our Recruiting Team is now enjoying using the software. Perspective employees are now testing on iPads, the test is graded and documented in real time.

Vorteile:

We were looking for Software to help us automate an internal Employment Custom Paper Test. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his Team worked with us and truly gave us a lot of latitude to make this happen. We had requirements that other software vendors could not meet. Hire success took our requirements and were able to make internal changes in a short time to accommodate our needs and are now optional features. This automation saved time, money, effort, and administration for our company.

Nachteile:

I have worked with many companies over the years and I love their can do attitude and always willing to help and go the extra mile. Being a smaller company they were more flexible than a larger one. We had two requirements that we were unable to accommodate but, we worked together to find work arounds that met our needs. I also like that [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] will "check in" with us and really wants to know how the system is working.

Great Tool!

Kommentare: Overall, HireSuccess is easy to use and very beneficial in our hiring process.

Vorteile:

Hire Success is a great tool to effectively evaluate candidates. This has helped us put a process in place to find the best applicants to fit our specific needs as a company. They respond quickly and are always available to assist us with any questions we may have. Being able to download some of the candidate data is extremely helpful.

Nachteile:

Would like to be able to sort candidates in the platform by a certain criteria and only download the information that we need. Would also like to see a reporting tool to pull various types of candidate data.
