Kommentare: We joined Precise FP about 18 months ago when they were first in version 2.0. We have had great success in using their secure forms to gather important data from our clients and prospects. Precise FP integrates with our CRM (RedTail), and eMONEY which saves time, as well as data input errors. It's so smooth to have a client submit a form, and we can easily export that data into our other technology to manage the client relationships. We have found that the upgrades to 3.0 and 4.0 have been to improve both the user and advisor experience. They do a nice job of providing web tutorials, and instructions to help create forms, send them, and maximize the tool. Their customer service is beyond stellar, very responsive, and patient. We love working with Courtney, and Don. They have added a lot of value to our onboarding and client experience with our use of Precise FP.

Vorteile: The ability to collect data securely and succinctly from clients and prospects.

Nachteile: The upgrades have added a lot of enhancements, but with a little bit more time on our part to insure the forms still work with the upgrades.

A big step in the right direction for any Wealth Management or Financial Advice firm

Kommentare: We are actually in the process of building our own in-house fact finding tool, but PreciseFP 5.0 has made us put that on ice for a while. If your comany does not have a 'techy' employees it will take you a while to get to grips with this tool, but the customer service is excellent

Vorteile: First of its kind, a totally new way of fact-finding that completely removes the need of a 'Fact-finding' meeting.
Customer support is excellent (US) hours
Can be crafted, over many iterations, to not only be a good fact finding tool, but also help increase conversion into a first meeting.
Will, i'm told, soon have an API so you can feed data directly into your database
Continually imrpoving

Nachteile: I dont think they have a data center in the EU yet ( they are planning on it)
Not EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield certified
Despite the above we still use them as a UK based firm
Will take about 1-2 weeks (full time) to setup, but once you learn your way around it is very powerful

Kommentare: It can be a little tricky to understand all of the moving parts, and to get used to all of the bells and whistles. Personally, I'm pleased with how customizable the forms are, and there are a variety of features that allow me to make our questionnaires as simple or complex as I want them. I still have much to learn about the software, but I do really like it so far.

Vorteile: The ability to make questionnaires as simple or complex as I want.

Nachteile: It can be difficult to figure out how to use all of the features. Some features are changed in places that are different from others, and remembering exactly where to go for any given feature can be a bit confusing.
