Kommentare: We have been using Ribyt for over 6 months now and it keeps getting better. One of the biggest challenges we face is having huge invite lists. Before Ribyt, our team was tracking each of those responses manually, and some other companies charge by the number of invitees, which would be a big waste of money. Ribyt solved this by allowing us to invite thousands of people at once and automatically track RSVPs in real time with no manual work from our team. It also allows us to limit the number of attendees if we need to.

Vorteile: No manual RSVP tracking, AMAZING customer support, new features constantly being added, ability to create custom reports

Nachteile: some features are not yet available on the platform, but Ribyt team is always willing to find a work around

Kommentare: The Ribyt platform is excellent for managing the guests that attend our showroom events, but most of all we appreciate the incredible support provided by the Ribyt team. Training, onboarding, support and responsiveness from our account rep could not have been better. There was never a point where we felt alone during our event setup and execution.

Vorteile: Overall appearance to the guest, ease of use by the administrator, flexibility to update information to guests.

Nachteile: There isn't much I don't like. There are few services coming online in the next few months that will make it easier to create events, such as the universal library of byts one can access when creating a new event. I am working with the team to design my process and increase open rates.
