ADP Workforce Now makes managing employees easier

Kommentare: I have experience using ADP Run and ADP Workforce Now is an easy transition for a growing company.

Vorteile:

ADP Workforce now is a great time management system and the HR capabilities make it much easier to manage a bigger organization.

Nachteile:

It is easy to manage employee benefits using workforce now though it can be a bit clunky and is not as intuitive as I would prefer.

Kommentare: Limited but informative. It has alot of valuable information that is easily accessible.

Vorteile:

Easy to figure out for employee's who want to me updated and check on valuable information.

Nachteile:

The OS could definitely be tweeted for employers who are running payroll.through the payroll application.

Pretty solid payroll product.

Kommentare: Have used the product since 2017 as a high level practitioner, about 2800 employees over 3 company codes. I have found the payroll service to be reliable, of high quality and pretty user friendly as the user gains experience.

Vorteile:

Excellent reporting functions, very good core product with reliable delivery. Ability to do time data imports / mass updates very good.

Nachteile:

ACA / benefits module was a bit funky, did not want to recognize an offering that did met MEC but not MV. For that reason, we used another solution for ACA filings.

Excellent application

Kommentare: I've had a very good experience with my last three jobs, and I can still see the folders from one of them.

Vorteile:

It is easy to manage and use, providing everything you need at your fingertips.

Nachteile:

At this moment I don't think I have any cons

Employee perspective

Kommentare: It has been good, being able to coordinate hours worked with potential income.

Vorteile:

It connects your payroll with your work schedule.

Nachteile:

There are a large number of verifications steps to get into any part of the program

ADP app measurements

Kommentare: So far I get paid before I even see my check so i would like that to be an improvement. Its real easy and regular and honestly just a basic app, could use a little more spontaneous work done to it with more features.

Vorteile:

The app is easy to navigate thru. Real simple.

Nachteile:

This app could use more features to inform us of our checks

ADP - old reliable

Kommentare: It was a decent system considering how much others have relied upon ADP successfully for years.

Vorteile:

The pricing we received after much negotiation

Nachteile:

Interface and functionality is somewhat dated. Sometimes impossible to get help or escalate with service reps.

Could be better

Vorteile:

All in one place, the time clock and taxes, and pay were all in the same app.

Nachteile:

Slow, and often time unresponsive, the sign in process is clunky as well. Overall poor user experience.

ADP REVIEW

Kommentare: It was ok. Nothing particular to post about it

Easy to navigate and simpler information given to employees

Nachteile:

Very simple. Not enough information for the employee

Tax help resolved

Kommentare: Accounting and I wanted some tax related questions answered, so we called ADP. Also, we wanted to make some changes to a W-2 and was able to get the problem resolved.

Vorteile:

As a new employee who uses this software, I found no issues with it whatsoever. It was user friendly and comprehensive; further, I was able to get my work done in an expeditious manner.

Nachteile:

Technical support resulted in calls being transferred from one assistant to another; however, our problem was resolved and that was greatly appreciated.

Ado the right choice

Kommentare: My experience as a senior manager was very positive .We migrated from another platform and the training was very clear and concise also the transfer process support was exemplary.

Vorteile:

Very clear and easy to both navigate and use for all .This system is not only employee user friendly in that it is easy to use and the important information all employees needs is in one place from pay to holidays clear and concise .This is also the case for employers / managers updating and allocating holidays pay etc again ver clear concise and easy to use .Notifications in place to let people know when pay roll has been updated holidays allocated etc .

Nachteile:

I would say the only drawback is everyone has to have an email address and can not be accessed any other way .This can alienate some employees.

My Opinion of ADP

Kommentare: I enjoy ADP because it has a smooth system. I am able to access information easily and I am able to manage my team's payroll efficiently.

Vorteile:

I like that I have a dedicated section for my team whether its monitoring their time cards, the shifts that they work, the tasks that are assigned to them. I get reminders for requested time off, time balances. It notifies for upcoming holidays.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the app has glitches and when we clock in or out the app doesn't collect our times

ADP Workforce Now is a great onboarding tool

Kommentare: We enjoy working with ADP to onboard new employees. ADP Workforce Now allows us to create employee handbooks, enter employee hire information, collect proper forms and documentation, and refer back to that during and after the employment.

Vorteile:

ADP is a great tool for all-in-one employee onboarding, file management, and electronic paperwork.

Nachteile:

ADP isn't the most affordable option out there.

Great payroll software!

Kommentare: I have enjoyed working with ADP, it is a straight forward processor who we've had no issues with.

Vorteile:

-Ease of Use -Manager friendly -Great TPA for government filings

Nachteile:

- Security permissions can be hard to figure out - If doing payroll for multiple companies, starting payroll on one locks all companies

Working on Workforce Now

Kommentare: It has been a love/hate experience. It has everything I need to manage my payroll & related activities, but it is too complicated. I would prefer a more simplified version...let's call it Workforce Lite?!

Vorteile:

It offers many features, most of which I never or rarely use

Nachteile:

It is overly complicated for my everyday needs. I just want something which easy.

ADP WFN - Employer Admin Experience

Kommentare: I think their customer service general line for employers is pretty good but the account managers assigned to the accounts are just not high quality account managers. They lack communications and follow ups. There have been many times where they AM contradicts themselves and are just not confident in their responses and end up giving us direction that is just not correct.

Vorteile:

I think the ATS functionality is very neat and user friendly. I love that you can customize it to fit your recruitment process, uploading templates for communications, status changes, posting questions, etc. I do like that there is an integration with Ziprecruiter as well and the ability to add a referral progam.

Nachteile:

I think the access permissions and the ability to create security profiles i think is just not a strong point. There have been several times when trying to assign admin permissions that will just not work as intended or end up creating another problem like the restrictions in the profile caused them to not have access to another function when it should not be related, etc.

ADP Workforce Now user review 2024

Kommentare: My overall experience with ADP is great. It is definitely user-friendly and secures your privacy. I would recommend any business to use ADP Workforce Now.

Vorteile:

ADP Workforce Now allows you to log in via the mobile app or on a your personal browser or in your work browser. The mobile app says Good Morning (your name) and allows you to quickly access inform about your most recent paystub. You can view pay and tax statements to 2022. You can update your w4 tax withholding. You can view your timecard and so much more.

Nachteile:

I provide a 4 star rating for one reason. In the past I've had other jobs using ADP Workforce Now. None of those jobs, or tax documents are listed in one ADP. In order to access this information you'd need to remember your login information

Efficient and User Friendly - My experience with ADP Workforce Now

I have been using ADP Workforce Now for several years, and it has been a very invaluable tool. What I like most about ADP Workforce is that it is very user friendly, and also offers an array of features that help streamline payroll, benefits, time tracking and employee management. One of hte features that stand out is the self-service portal that allows employees to access paystubs, request time off and update personal information with ease. Overall, ADP Workforce has greatly improved HR operations and I highly recomment this platform.

Nachteile:

Some of my least favorite is there is no live chat support, the bot feature is not as helpful as being able to speak to a representative. Also the customer service and technical support are not as favorable as I would like.

Using ADP for over 10 years and love it!

Kommentare: Overall I have had a great experience using ADP workforce now. It is very user friendly and walks you through each step of the process. It makes it easy for employees to determine their tax deductions on their own which saves time.

Vorteile:

I like that it can easily be accessed by any internet browser in the office. I also like that it shows everything in one place such as paycheck stubs and retirement accounts.

Nachteile:

What I like least is that on occasion the website will down and we will not be able to clock in/out or view paycheck stubs/

ADP Workforce Now - A daily user’s perspective

Kommentare: For now been in 3 companies, all of them use ADP workforce now, for HR and employment purposes. I have been using it as an employee who fills out attendance on a daily basis, completes mandate training modules, applies for leaves, tracking leaves, checking holiday calendar and most useful of all - performance management

Vorteile:

Prominently I like its go to approach, an all in one store. Here all different types of activities can be performed by simply navigating to different portals like attendance management, time tracking, performance management and monitoring, goal tracking, leave application etc

Nachteile:

The UI is not up to the mark, its cumbersome and the look and feel doesn’t make someone to use it longer

Handy App with tons of features

Kommentare: Overall a great app for checking pay-stubs and even downloading W-2s at my convenience. This saved me quite a bit of time during tax season, allowing me to get a jumpstart on my tax filing. Some minor login glitches kept me from giving 5 stars, but overall it is a great app.

Vorteile:

The mobile app makes this product extremely efficient and convenient. I mainly use it to check my pay-stubs to quickly verify my hours worked. I enjoy the quick access to the pay information, such as weekly pay as well as the YTD summary.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the app would have a hard time with logging in or crashing. I needed to login on a desktop computer to resolve the issue. This would completely erase the convenience of the mobile app, and was a bit frustrating.

My thoughts on Adp
