I use this daily for the 19 accounts I manage. It's value for money!

Nachteile:

The part I like least is not being able to schedule stories or reels. Not to pleased with the change in how you find content that has occurred over the last week.

Vorteile:

Managing several social media platforms is a chore - so I hired it out... but that got expensive. I wanted to bring it in house and found Post Planner to be the perfect solution. I love that I can bring in content that fits my audience and easily schedule out weeks at a time so I can focus on other aspects of my business.

Nachteile:

I would love to see a "food" category that brought in popular food-related content. Also, travel would be a great one.

So many better options - with better service and pricing

Kommentare: We used Post Planner after a recommendation from Kim Garst (who we later learned has vested interest in PP). After 14 months of wasting our time "accepting" the poor performance and useless helpdesk guy (thanks for nothing Scott), we decided to move our account to an alternative that has now worked flawlessly. From our experience, Post Planner are dodgy and with so many useful alternatives, can not in good faith send even my worst enemy to their "service".

Vorteile:

- Easy to add account - but it doesn't mean they will be used correctly. - They are great at ripping people off... not a Pro for the consumer, but a pro for them perhaps.

Nachteile:

From posts never going out on time - or at all, through to being upgraded without permission to plans costing 3x my signup cost.

Hey Andrew.. Sorry you had a bad experience with the app or confusion about the annual plans renewing per the Terms of Service agreed upon during signup. As mentioned in my replies our annual plans do renew within 90 days of the 12 month anniversary to avoid any lapses due to credit card billing. And at a prorated amount. You were never charged for an upgrade that you didn't agree to, and in fact we gave you the next level plan at no additional cost, saving you about $300. Sorry if that caused any confusion. I looked over all the conversations from you over the year or so you were with us and there was never any indication from you about having problems with the app. If you did have any we would certainly address immediately as we take support requests very seriously and on average reply in less than 15 minutes to inquiries. Yes Kim is a great lady and no she does not have a vested interest in Post Planner. We just have mutual respect for one another. We're working hard over the next 5 months to completely revamp how we find and show users content, adding more social sites to post to as well as a true mobile app, browser extensions, etc. Hopefully you'll come back and give things a try. Amazing Product and Customer Service

Kommentare: The system is easy to set up and use. There are lots of options and additional helps. The support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is amazing! Highly recommended.

Vorteile:

The ability to plan posts for specific times and purposes and set up a library of items I want to share with my followers. Post Planner has a vast library to help me with posts to keep good, relevant and encouraging content to my followers. I also love the evergreen option to allow posts to re-post at a later time.

Nachteile:

Initially was disappointed because I couldn't use it with Instagram and was going to cancel the service for another, more expensive service that did not have the extensive library. Connected with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] who was already in the process of adding the Instagram option and let me know how to be able to use it as I was wanting - so no actual "least" aspect. It is a great system!

Great social media management service

Kommentare: I switched from another service because Post Planner is cheaper and allows for a higher number of recycled posts than its competitor. So far I'm having a very good experience. Posts are very easy to save and are published timely and immediately recycled.

Vorteile:

What I like most is the fact it allows recycling your posts indefinitely with a much lower price than its competitors.

Nachteile:

I wish the posts were counted as one when the same post is scheduled on multiple social media. I also wish I could move a scheduled post back to draft and/or replace/add another social media to it, without having to recreate it from scratch.

Increased Our Social Reach & Conversions Significantly

Kommentare: Very good! By far the cheapest, and when I have trouble, the customer service team has been excellent. The user experience has vastly improved as well since I began using it a few years ago.

Vorteile:

The ability to scheduled thousands of posts across social networks is priceless. Post Planner is also continually improving and open to suggestions. Their customer service is excellent.

Nachteile:

I'd like to be able to delete posts from my queue after they've been posted, which is not currently available.

Vorteile:

It offers trending topics and posts for you to place on social media. You don't have to go surfing for it. It's readily available for you in one place. Time is money, how true!

Nachteile:

I don't like that some of the trending material is not rated G. I think there should be a filter somehow within the program, to better please users from every perspective. In fairness, Post Planner is just reporting what's trending but not everyone wants to see all of it. It's not over the top material but not wanted by all either. For example, there could just be a rated G section within the program.

Great strategic tool for increasing engagement on social media platforms

Kommentare: The ability to get highly engaged posts from social media platforms and reuse them. Easy recycling and scheduling features cut down on time spent planning posts each week.

Vorteile:

The ability to source highly engaged posts in the form of photos, articles and statuses by topic really adds to a business' overall strategy to get their audience engaged so that it helps your reach when it really matters - when you have a promotional post that you want your audience to engage with.

Nachteile:

Set up is a little clunky and difficult - as you have to source your own material from hashtags, URLs or own content first. But once it's set it it's relatively easy to have this rated by the software

Great social media scheduler

Kommentare: They've been fairly responsive when I've emailed asking for help. The questions, facts, and random other things are helpful to add into my planning.

Vorteile:

I've used Post Planner for more than 5 years. I like inputting all of the pages and groups that share material I enjoy and know does well on my page, and quickly share that on my social media.

Nachteile:

The help button hovers right over the plan post button, so I frequently hit that button rather than my post I'm trying to share.

Comprehensive, Consistent, Versatile, and Always Improving

Kommentare: We are very pleased with the overall functionality and ease of use. Perhaps of equal importance, the customer support is top-notch! Response time is often within minutes and always same day. Communication is with people who know the software extremely well, are not only open to suggestions but often request suggestions and input for improvement, and they are quick to fix bugs when they arise. They are also constantly developing new and improved enhancements largely based on customer feedback.

Vorteile:

The reason we started using Post Planner almost exclusively in content management for our own business and for our customers is because of its comprehensive and versatile functionality. Being able to customize each social platform for each profile to post at a particular time or times daily, which days, post only videos or images on certain days of the week, and have the option to recycle posts indefinitely or for a set period of time empowers our business. When I initially setup profiles, I build at least six months of content over the first few days and schedule the posts to recycle. Then each week, I add one or more new posts to the queue. The time that it saves us over a few months compared to other previous software used is of great value!

Nachteile:

None. We are very pleased with the overall functionality and ease of use.

Buyer Beware!

Kommentare: Very basic product that lacks the functionality or ease of use of other products on the market. Worse of all, once they have your credit card they make it very difficult to cancel. The automated cancellation process does not work and even though I cancelled by email they still debited my card a year later and refused to refund. Beware of this lot!

Very great app for finding and scheduling content

Vorteile:

- It's an all-in-one app. There's no need to go elsewhere to find great content. You can find it within the app and then schedule it with just a few clicks also within the app. - There are a few options on how to schedule content. You can create a schedule and just drop the content into the queue, or you can schedule the content to publish at a certain​ time, with​ the option to have it repeat. - The "recycle" feature​, which can add your content back to the end of the queue once it's been published.

Nachteile:

- Posting is limited to Facebook and Twitter - The content search feature is limited and doesn't allow users to search for content that doesn't have the search keyword in the title

Use this program all the time

Kommentare: Post Planner has helped me to keep a full content schedule, which I publish multiple times a day. It helps me find content that's leading the industry and has become a big part of my weekly routine for social media publishing.

Vorteile:

Post planner has become my go-to scheduling software. It has effectively helped me to grow, publish content and find trending content on social media. I keep a very full publishing schedule of multiple posts per day, and Post Planner helps me manage it very effectively to drive traffic to my website.

Nachteile:

Sorting your already published content to see what has done the best can be a little buggy in the history tab, but they are aware and are working on it. I'm able to monitor this for myself within streams by looking at my own profile. The developer works actively on the software and also takes feedback to improve the program into consideration so it keeps improving.

Once Was Great, Now Pointless

Kommentare: This software used to be good and then, like so many other companies, they thought they needed to make improvements that only ended up running the product.
I had a legacy plan that allowed me multiple users, tons of pages and more for a low price, then they "upgraded" their software and suddenly they required me to sign up for a new plan at twice the price for half the features.
And the mandatory upgrade was terrible, incompatible with mobile, glitchy, and half of the time I couldn't log in. Then they added a mobile app, which worked kind of ok for less than a month before it just broke.
Every time I tried to contact customer service they essentially denied there was a problem or tried to put it on me. Eventually I just stopped contacting them.
As soon as my annual plan expired, I gladly started scheduling directly on Facebook. The only thing I miss is the scheduling queue, but that's not enough to ever make me consider going back.

Vorteile:

I love the scheduling queue and to posting idea suggestions, which are great for finding post inspiration.

Nachteile:

The phone app is practically useless on Android Customer service is abysmal Service sometimes goes out with no explanation or apology

The fastest way to schedule your social media posts

Vorteile:

-Create a full schedule once and never enter a time for your posts anymore !!! (instead of planning each post) -Recycle + reschedule feature -Integration with snip.ly -Content Suggestions -Bulk uploads -Price -Customer Support (had a problem once which was solved within ten minutes after submitting a ticket)

Nachteile:

-Some of the feature of more complex (and significantly more expensive and often more cumbersome) solutions are missing. You can't monitor all your feeds, mentions, and social media accounts from a dashboard. But again, Postplanner is a really way faster than other solutions. You can always integrate another prouct on top just for the purpose of streaming feeds and monitor performance.

The content folders are a lifesaver

Vorteile:

The content folders are an absolute lifesaver. I've consolidated all content into one location instead of spending hours and hours a week running from tools like Hootsuite to Feedly to even an Excel spreadsheet. This saves time by letting me consolidate and organize, then it scores all of the content so I can easily choose the top performing content and schedule it for posting. The star ratings take any questioning out of the posting process. I know exactly what's worked and in a matter of moments can schedule to social.

Nachteile:

I haven't been able to find much real estate related content. Would help to add additional feeds or pages that National brands can use.

Post Planner asked for a review after a week of ignoring my customer support emails... oh the irony!

Vorteile:

Scheduling and recurring post features are nice and the ability to look for trending content has definitely come in handy... but their shady business practices and lack of customer support ruin it all.

Nachteile:

Two years ago, I was grandfathered into their 'Guru' plan with a significant discount. Since then, the company quietly changed their pricing plan and, as others have experienced, charged me double (on an annual plan, as well) what I was paying with no prior notification. My direct messages and email to support went unanswered - from the looks of it, this is very much standard for Post Planner. What's ironic, though, is that every time you open the dashboard, you get at least 3 automated notifications from 'reps' wanting to know how they can help you or offering useful advice. Even more ironic is the fact that I received an email from Post Planner a week after I unsuccessfully tried getting my money back from them - directing me to this page to leave my review. Here it is then: DON'T USE POST PLANNER!

Great tool for auto-posting

Kommentare: In my company we take access of the social media accounts for a specific time each year, then, you have the option to post business related content to promote the company, etc. This post-planning tool is a huge time-saver and allows you to schedule everything proactively.

Vorteile:

Ease of use, perfect scheduler for posting, it has a wide variety of features and the best is that it also helps you get new ideas about what to post.

Nachteile:

Nothing negative to talk about this software, if i really need to say one thing is that multiple image posts on instagram are not yet supported.

Bucket-loads of content

Vorteile:

Post Planner has all I need for social media marketing. It is easy to create and schedule posts, and if you use the buckets feature it becomes even easier to schedule posts and tweets to different time slots for weeks ahead. I like the analysis feature as well, and how easy it is to repeat-post my favourite and best-performing posts.

Nachteile:

I don’t use the contents much, so I can't comment on this feature.

There are some good things about Post Planner, but still not the best one to use.

It is an application for planning what content should be posted on your social media. It enriches you with new ideas. All patterns of relevant data are analyzed and a prompt input is provided. It helps to narrow down the content that will be the most relatable for your target audience. You can plan when to release which post. The timing and frequency of posts on social media play a huge role in determining the traffic that your website or forum accumulates. The application provides an interface for adequate planning so that you can post your data at the best time.

Nachteile:

The worst thing about this product is the negligence of customer support people. They never seem to be available. They sent me a bill every month asking to renew and I never wanted to buy their product after using it for one month as I found another better product.
