Kommentare: A very good one, makes the shipping process all the more easier for my position!

Vorteile:

Seamless Freight platform with great rates! Also glad to see its ability to save locations so you can make future shipments even easier!

Nachteile:

No ability to see actual pathing for the shipment, would allow one to see precisely wear the order is other than just seeing locations jotted down.

Vorteile:

It seems cheap at first and like it will make things easier and streamline the process but they will hit you with new charges and provide zero customer service.

Nachteile:

I was forced to pay 500% more than what I was quoted (and had already paid for) because they claimed I didn't submit a corrected piece of paperwork quickly enough. They had the form for two weeks but waited until a few days before the boat took off to tell me I needed to correct something on the paperwork. I had submitted all my paperwork and paid weeks before and was travelling without access to a printer/computer to do this. A deadline was never communicated and I submitted the paperwork a few days later. Apparently this was too late and now I have to pay more. I tried to go through the dispute process and FreightOs was ABYSMAL. Each email came from a different person, they always said they were looking into things and then I wouldn't hear back for days. Eventually someone told me they agreed: I was never given a deadline and the potential charge was never explained upfront. But FedEx offered to take off $100 of the charge so they were considering it settled. I've repeatedly asked what I did wrong that has made this charge my fault and not FedEx, who failed to communicate appropriately. No one responds. Now they've sent a letter from legal claiming I'm ignoring them and I need to pay immediately. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY. I thought the advantage here would be a certain level of support and a streamlining of the process that would help me avoid these kind of charges. I wish I had just done the booking myself and saved the money I'm now losing.

Peace of mind shipping

Kommentare: On the first shipment it was a learning curve, but the second shipment went a long nice and smooth,

Vorteile:

Everything is lad out and let's you what paperwork is need.

Nachteile:

The only thing that would help a new to importing would be to let the know it helps a lot with Customs too have the shipper in clued their first and last name of the bill of lading & the packing list along with the company name.

Easy to use

Kommentare: Overall, easy to use and the quotes are competitive.

Vorteile:

For a company that only has a few international shipments a year, Freightos is very easy to use and there's a lot of communication between the platform and the forwarder. Getting a quote is a quick process.

Nachteile:

Sometimes it feels like I'm uploading the same files repeatedly - especially with the new customs integration. Export licenses are a little unclear as well. I paid for one, but was then told I still needed one or that the factory needed one.
