Vorteile:

Love the wallboards and the app. What a great way to engage employees! Spinify has gone viral in our organisation with heaps of departments wanting to get involved.

Nachteile:

The gamification is good but could use a few tweaks to make it perfect. Fortnightly reporting and the ability to see what badges are still to be earned

Spinify is Great

Kommentare: Experience has been great and they are very responsive, open to feedback, and continually making improvements. That's about all you can ask for.

Vorteile:

It's simplistic to set up and use from an administrator standpoint but also adaptable to give you what you need from a leaderboard standpoint. It's got some great features that allow you flexibility in what you're displaying and how it is being displayed. Their Customer Support is awesome and they continue to roll out new features. While that app itself is already great, I'm very encouraged by the idea that they seem to continually be improving it. Some of the features they roll out are very useful but things I didn't even know I wanted.

Nachteile:

I think anyone could find a few features that they would like to have but with the continual improvements, I'm sure they'll be coming. I'm not sure when they launched but it feels like the product is fairly new. However, they are very receptive to feedback so I have shared things with them on improvements I would want. The one minor issue I keep getting feedback on from my team is when viewing the Leaderboards directly from the tab in Salesforce, there is a date that indicates date of last update. It causes confusion because it's the date the criteria for the leaderboard was last updated, NOT the date that the leaderboard last updated with accurate data (it's real time). This can cause a bit of confusion when the users don't understand that.

Visualization of Success: Spinify Use

Kommentare: Overall, its been a good experience as I feel there is nothing else like it the market. It visualizes our current goals as well as gauges where we are in them.

Vorteile:

What I like most about the software is that it allows employees like myself to visualize success through its features. By being able to visualize success it motivates me to work harder and be more competitive.

Nachteile:

Sometimes it's faulty in how it recognizes what an achievement is. In other words it misses completely the way to properly track what warrants a reward or recognition.

Great product, lots of API connections. Would like to see more user adjustments

Kommentare: Lots of good info at a glance. I wish we could control the UI a bit better.

Vorteile:

Lots of features, lots of connections and looks pretty good. I also like the ability to connect SalesForce and other telephone tracking systems.

Nachteile:

Not all programs connect. The UI would be better if we (the user) could change some of the look and feel of the product.

Vorteile:

It makes our shift more enjoyable and lively. It's great being able to track it and compete with co-workers to see who can get the most commission.

Nachteile:

It takes a while to update to reflect the newest commission additions. Other than that there is not really anything I would consider a con.

This functions as designed, but the effect is to vilify your co-workers not inspire

Vorteile:

It looks nice, it encourages people to game the board vs doing quality work, which can be a nice distraction it not taken too far

Nachteile:

Pitting you against your co-workers is not motivating -- it makes you hate your job and your co-workers. Anyone thinking about using this software or something like it, should think again.

Interactive and fun way to show results

Vorteile:

Really fun way to show the result of each team, more interactive than graphics or reports. The team are more interested to look at this one as they are showing on TV around work.

Nachteile:

Some graphics may be ameliorate, the frequency of each report can be improve. Really sale focus on all the reports showing.

Very easy to setup and use.

Vorteile:

Program displays accurate information from salesforce in a timely manner, which adds to the competitive nature of a sales office.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the wrong achievement sound will play when two users are working with each other on salesforce.

I really like the way this software give information about my team. I'd recommend. The Internet is the enabling technology that has transformed software into a delivered service. Nachteile:

i am looking forward for the updates. Few or most companies bound you to the limitations of their work environment. Exposure mainly depends on amount of time spent in a company rather than the quality of work delivered. No time and space for personal life at the initial stage of your career in most of the software companies. Few companies are worst for fresher's in case of management and behavior towards them.

Vorteile:

It makes it fun and competitive to track strategic goals such as phone dials and talk time among our organization. We have also been using the platform to track our biggest loser competition we are holding this year.

Nachteile:

Sometimes there are boards that no longer show up on my feed that I would like to track.

Decent sales visualization app

Kommentare: I guess it gamifies sales metrics and makes it fun to come to work every day. That's the goal at least.

Vorteile:

Spinify was easy to log into, it tracks different sales metrics from salesforce like personal and team quota attainment, calls in a day, demos scheduled etc. It gamifies day to day or week to week metrics and can be displayed on monitors for the whole team to see. It can also be configured to play a song of choice when something fun happens like closing a deal.

Nachteile:

Don't really have any cons other than it's not an app I use often nor do I get much out of it.

All sales teams need this tool!

Vorteile:

Wish that the Slack praises integrated with the dashboard so you can see what someone wrote about the person.

Helpful to keep the energy going in the office and keeping teammates motivated.

It's super easy to use. Lets us keep track of our big wins via the Slack integration. Customizable interface.

Nachteile:

So far after we set it up it didn't require maintenance. Can't think of any cons.

Kommentare: It's a good tool to use especially when you have a growing team. It helps you keep the track of the goal and help the agents where they stand and what they need to do to improve their skill level.

Kommentare: Easy to use, very interactive, good interface and you will never get bored utilizing this. I was able to promote a friendly competition within the Program providing great benefits for our Company goal.

Vorteile:

The graphics as it's very enticing. It's attractive to the eyes and you won't get bored using it. I will recommend this for Team Performance tracking and creating a certain friendly-competition within your company.

Nachteile:

Hmmm not much but mainly the limited features. t would be better if we can create graphs to show performance.

Great App for Team Building & Fun Competitions

Kommentare: Really great experience overall with a super cool company. Customer service was top notch if there was ever a question, and it's a really fun concept for a sales company such as ours where employees are spread all over the map.

Vorteile:

Overall this app is easy to use both in the app version and the online browser version for fun team-building and friendly competition, especially during the pandemic when we weren't able to all get together in person.

Nachteile:

The app and the online browser version didn't always match up with the information on scoring the various competitions we participated in together.

I have setup 20 + boards, it's very straightforward and easy to use, great for knowing the score.

Kommentare: everyone in the company knows the score for their respective departments.

Vorteile:

easy setup and lots of integration with other systems to get data into the leaderboards. the backend layout improvements have streamlined getting things completed. the help system is always great. I have used the Live chat and haven't been disappointed with the service!

Nachteile:

sync can be an issue with the feeds which requires help from Spinify to correct. some of the errors are very vague and also requires help from Spinify. when creating leaderboards you will receive a message saying the "there was an error saving or creating the board" but it will create the board, if your not aware of this you can sometimes make 10 boards trying to get the original one to save
