We were unable to provide our users with the kind of experience they deserve before introducing Braze's real-time data trigger and personalization of messaging.
When compared to similar products and businesses, Braze stands head and shoulders above the rest. Braze has a more robust collection of features and capabilities, and it is always being refined and updated. In addition to providing you with a powerful business tool, the organization provides you with a lot of information on how to utilize it effectively. We were able to get up to speed fast thanks to the assistance of their onboarding staff, and their customer service is excellent.
It would be great if you could create campaigns in a test environment and have them sent straight to production. Similarly, I'd prefer an option in which clicking "done" saved an email as a draft without requiring a second click thereafter. Since there is an extra step involved, our designers often fail to save their work.

In less than a year that we have been using the platform, we have witnessed our feedback be implemented and have seen constant improvements to the platform. The platform is easy to use, provides us with all the tools we need, and has improved our quality of work immensely.
Braze's ease of use is by far the best feature of the platform. Having a team of multiple users, some of which have never used an email marketing platform before, it was vital to introduce a platform that was easy to pick up. Braze provides us with a very intuitive, user-friendly platform that we quickly found ourselves to be comfortable with.
What I like least about Braze is the lack of an auto-save feature. Our team builds out over 20 emails a week, and errors are expected. This can be minimized with an auto-save feature that allows our work to be saved in case of any unexpected browser failures, for example. It would save users plenty of time in case of any loss of work.

The quality of customer support is low. It takes endless time out of my week to resolve the issues we're facing. Many standard functionalities are missing. The fact that you have a limited amount of data points is frustrating. The AI copywriter is cringy and not on point.
