There is a significant time commitment when setting up new automation but in the long run it saves time. They also have very flexible in platform permission settings which avoids any accidental messaging from testers and dev.

> **Nachteile**: Due to all the functionality there is a bit of a learning curve that can feel overwhelming if you have a lean team. The other double edge sword is the support process. You can enter a ticket like most systems but the level of detail they require from the team can feel like overkill when you are trying to solve an issue quickly. I call this a double edge sword because they are incredibly helpful it can just take a lot time to duplicate the issue to send all the info required.

> 8/10 - It's such a big step up in messaging platforms and innovative in automated technology. It really does minimize the time needed for your run of the mill journey or drip campaigns and when you are ready to level up your messaging it also has everything you need.
